Yes, it was actually overwhelming to receive this level of professional support and quality workmanship.
Mj Yikes... that is an unexpected twist in your holiday plans. It will work out, but there goes the low key approach. Sending positive energy. Maybe this is the holiday when less is more? Good luck at your PC visit.
Becky & Mj Double Yay for checks hitting bank accounts!
Susi Great plans for fun times. Glad that the ferals wil be fed regardless.
Bee Thank you! DH has decided that he has to cook or bake some things. We hit the local discount grocery,Marc's, and then was part of the opening rush at Aldi's. He is making blueberry pies, mashed potatioes, a squash/zucchini/tomato casserole w/ Parmesan cheese. I am solely in a supporting role since this can be done over two days.
Pam & Audrey Hope that you both have a lovely day.

MJ, so sorry Miss Mouse was sick. At least with family the plans can be changed and relaxed. June, what a wonderful kind repairman you had yesterday. LaDonna, I know you are looking forward to quiet time after Christmas. Susi, enjoy all of your plans with family and friends. The ferals are so lucky that you and the neighbors take care of them. Cathy, enjoy these days before your daughter leaves. Bee, stress free is what it should be. I am stalling to go to the bakery until I can put the laundry in the dryer. Then it will be done before I return home.

Just checking back in
LaDonna Cute Randy story! Yep, he is a keeper. R was busy in the kitchen baking pies. Worked for me.
Years ago, we ate it at a dinner at a fishing camp, West Arm of Lake Nippippsing. Zucchini, yellow squash, tomato, onions (I add carrots) tossed in olive oil, seasoned w/ salt and pepper (I use Mrs. Dash). Roasted until tender. Sprinkled w/ fresh or grated Parmesan. Tasty, healthy, & yummy.
Becky Goodness-- that would have been a crazy, busy WM! Glad you survived the crowds. Nice that you could enjoy a meal out that had food you like in the right portion. We hit both stores in very early! We were at Marc's by 8ish and Aldi's by 9ish.
Thank you. I cannot expression how deeply I appreciated the repairman's kindness.
