Saturday I can do the usual plan track move and hydrate. Also going to a bigger Walmart as they are out of a few items we need.
Hopefully it won't turn into an all day affair. Friday's running around was way too much for one day.
Time to read.

Ann I will join you in tracking, moving and hydrating although my steps will have to be inside since we may get a little rain in the afternoon.I hope you find the things you need at the larger WM.
We do need to go to HEB and WM so I will get steps in that way.

Becky most of my steps are indoors. I took a walk outside yesterday but was far to tired to attempt it today. Not sure what our weather is going to be tomorrow. I had good intentions of house walking....unfortunately that didn't happen.

Audrey, glad the med is working.
Ann and Becky, I am IN!
Most of my steps are inside also.
Next Wednesday is a new year - and I need a new plan. Sometimes I think I get lax because I am too familiar with it.
The way I eat works, but it is too easy to slip and slide on.
We shall see.
Hope ALL have a great day!

I’ll join you in tracking, moving and hydrating. The mornings have mostly been cold and foggy and I caught a cold. Yesterday I walked outside mid day and only had 7000 steps. We have to buy groceries and I will start boxing the ornaments and decorations. I’ll probably watch football. DH is grilling chicken for dinner and I’ll do the rest.

Woke at 3:15 to make sure the trip to the airport would be timely for dd's departure. It will be a long day BUT am thinking I might crawl into bed for awhile and take a nap. Not back on track quite yet...need to rest and regroup and sleep then will be back on program again quickly thereafter.

Good morning all. Happy for another night of good sleeping.
Audrey I have been very lacking in my steps as well. I just broke 7000 yesterday myself. I need to remind myself to house walk when the weather is too cold to be outside. I have no excuse except that I'm lazy at times. That must change!
Cathy thinking of you today. I think a nap is a good idea...then perhaps sit and reflect on how great a time you spent with DD. I know you will get back on track.
Waving and wishing all a good OP day. I'll CBL

Ann Hope that today's "running" will be less taxing. Is that other WM a super, super WM? (It's a bad joke).
Audrey Glad to hear the dr's encouraging assessment regarding the medicine. What do you think? Do you feel better?
Bee Yes, you have to take a little time to consider which treatment option best suits you. The contact would seem like a much more familiar treatment though. Does the specialist have anyone who will answer more questions if you have them? About a new plan-- maybe just pick a meal, food, or main dish that you feel needs a "spark" and then see what appeals.
Becky Hope that PT went well. Good that you can get out for another shopping excursion.
Cathy A nap will definitely help. Wishing safe travels for your DD and you & your DH. A few days of adjustment will help you kick in.
Mj Those medical audits can give anyone a throbbing headache. No one wants to go back & forth with an insurance company. Am glad that you could document your coverage and payment. Still have not heard anything further regarding three medical insurance ragarding R. One ins. reps told me to leave alone, second constituted fraud by contract provider, and third was a $2.37 bill. Figured that I will deal with all of these when & if necessary. The last one should be easy peas. I likely have $2.37 sitting in my cat. Ha ha ha.
LaDonna Sending lots of hugs. That is a big decision to make and one that you can not make lightly. I understand how it is to hear "you need surgery," when you hoped & expected to hear other news.
Susi & Pam Hope that you both had a great Friday .

Wishing everyone a healthy, happy Saturday!
Saturday's goals Am like Bee, ready to shake up my eating pattern. Currently the "June-muddle-through" plan has kept me in the same size of pants although they are tight. Trying to decide if I return to WW to get the latest plans. Do anyone of you have some thoughts? Main goal-- work towards putting June back on the list.

June I am not going to run myself all over today. I just can't do it. Yesterday was enough of playing run jump fetch than I can stand. Today we will go to Walmart, Ocean State Job Lot and come HOME........ June if I were you, I would go and get the new materials. I found them very interesting as now you can choose between blue which is freestyle...purple which has a boatload of free foods and green which is more restricted. I am staying with blue as I am used to it and at this stage of the game...I don't want to have to THINK lol...plain and simple Annie Checkbook is balanced and the $$ that I was building up is enough to pay off my glasses once I get the bill. All win win in my book! Take care, all.

Good morning, all!
Prayers continue for all ailing and/or stressed posters and loved ones... and thank you for your prayers for me and my family... especially for the Mouseketeer... and for Son#1, who is slowly getting better...
✨🎄✨🎄✨🎄✨🎄✨
I've been out to my 8 AM WW workshop; it was a decent meeting with lots of discussion about "self-care" and why we put ourselves last. THAT topic can go around and around and around, can't it? I must remember to get to next Saturday's workshop early; we anticipate a New Year's crowd.
I just got a call from the Kressling, to take him to an outdoor soccer practice for noon. This was on my calendar, then off, now back on. I'll take my knitting and maybe a book. It's a beautiful mild day, with temps touching 50*.
In addition to yesterday's BC-BS phone call, I also spend some time on the phone with our Part D provider, making sure that we're all set for the payments for the 2020 plan for January. And while I was on the phone, I sorted random papers on my desk. It's a start... I will be doing more of that as the days wind down to the turning of the year.
I'm enjoying my coffee... ☕☕☕... must figure out what I'll do about lunch, with that practice right in the middle of my mealtime. Fortunately, dinner's already planned.
✨🎄✨🎄✨🎄✨🎄✨ Have a healthy-eating day, all! ✨🎄✨🎄✨🎄✨🎄✨

Just got back in from a great walk. My shoulder is feeling better. I don't know what got a hold of it but it started throbbing Christmas eve and did not let up until yesterday afternoon it started feeling better. Could be prayers working I've had two great OP days and will make this day three. Got house stuff to do and will head to the church later to do some clerical. Ann, hope you get the things you need. I was a little disappointed with my online WM pick up yesterday . They were out of a few things I had ordered but they gave me extra of the veggies I ordered so that was very nice. Ann, the only way I can house walk is to have something good on the TV that I like to listen to..Sometimes that is music and other times I just put on one of my fave tv shows. Becky we've had some rain and are in for some more but today and tomorrow look grand! high 60s/70ish. I had to shed my jacket earlier when I was walking. Bee, I could not wait until the new year. I had to start the day after Christmas..I was getting into that danger zone you speak of Audrey, sorry about your cold. I've got a roast I'm going to cook in the instant pot for subs later. I'll most likely eat LO salmon but the boys wanted something good for football watching. Hope you feel better. Cathy, at least you maintained during the visit. thats quite the accomplishment. Praying for safe travels for your DD. June, I'm currently following the SP plan. I actually never stopped during the FS movement. Its my plan of choice and fits my lifestyle. Definitely go and get the new material so you can make an informed choice. I'm sure they all work. Its just a matter of preference. MJ, knitting and a book sounds perfect for the soccer practice.

Good morning ladies. I was out and about and also took a nap. I need to get to the gym and burn off a little stress. Waiting to hear when and where they are releasing Cheryl but I definitely don't need to head up to north Jersey today which is a blessing. Either place they are considering is close enough for me to be able to get her things to her from her place. Glad you found nice glasses Ann and that you can pay them off right away. Becky - Hope you get in your indoor walking. Bee - Your specialist sounds like she is a good fit. Glad you have options to consider. I'm sure you will do what is riht for you. Audrey - Glad the meds are helping you. Cathy - Hope you made it safely to the airport and she has a safe flight. June - I like that there are 3 options for following WW. I would commit to a meeting, get the new materials and stay for the orientation. Brief summary - purple is like SFT with around 16 SP for non 0 point food but there are 300 + "free" foods. Blue is like Smart Points with 200+ zero point foods and apx. 23 SP per day. Green is more like Points Plus. Only fruits and most veggies are zero points but you get apx 31 SP per day. I am maintaining on blue but if I needed to lose I would go to green because it is pretty much how I lost my weight to begin with. MJ - Glad you managed to turn Christmas eve around and enjoy a quiet Christmas. Glad you are getting to the bottom on the insurance. LaDonna - I know you will consider the surgery carefully and if it is right for you.

LaDonna I use the WW'er app on my phone to house walk, or just have Alexa play 70's music LOL. I'm not a tv watcher so that won't work for me. That's nice that WM compensates by the extra veggies. So upsetting when you can't get the stuff you need. If this WM doesn't have, it...I'll go to Amazon. (((Susi))) hope you can burn off some of that stress. I so know the feeling. I feel the same way with the new WW'ers programs. I am also happily maintaining in my happy zone with blue...but if I needed to lose I'd switch to Green for a bit. Purple is not a good fit for me. Time to get a move on. Miss LuLa is being a pest LOL. Hi MJ Pam and anyone I may have missed.
