Since this is the last Sunday of the year share things that you have accomplished this year.

Well first thing is I've maintained my weight this year. I had some struggling times but am doing okay now. I also started some exercise this year which is a big deal. My depression was keeping me from doing anything. Made almost all of my WW meetings this year, and kept up with my online support groups.

Accomplished in 2019: * With my daughter in the last three weeks:
- bottles taking up space outside on the patio were taken to be recycled - thorough cleaning of the laundry room - no doubt more * Maintained (might have lost a bit, too) weight * Got rid of "stuff"
I guess the recent things accomplished are most memorable...would have to really think to see what else has been achieved.

Let's see, maintained weight, haven't been sick all year, my digestion has been fantastic, kept up with exercise and meditating. I started doing the Marie Kondo folding and I'm really enjoying it. I started organizing my hundreds of books by author; I have a long way to go with that. Also, it's going to be a new decade. Remember the fuss over Y2K?

lani, Yes I remember the fuss. It was such a big deal and the computers were supposed to crash, which they didn't.

I came through open heart surgery well, mainly due to 36 years of WW and establishing healthy habits. Completed 10th years since I quit smoking. I eagerly returned to basic exercise through Cardiac rehab and now I'm able to do almost all of my regular fitness regimen that Inhad established prior to surgery. I completed the Beck Review but this time I was all in and I met some really kind, sharing and supportive people here. 😊 ❤️ I recommitted to myself. I managed to navigate quite a bit of holiday socializing without throwing in the towel when things got hairy.

Thank you bbbearsmom, and lani,. I never really took the time to take stock of any achievements. Thanks for giving us that task Judy.

luvvinlife, it's really important to remember accomplishments, especially for those of us whose natural attitude is to be so hard on ourselves.

My Yearly Accomplishments include:
Sticking with therapy to get to a point where I can see the 'other side' of my anxiety about hubby's heart attack.
Because of the above, I have been able to get back OP and start taking my own health seriously, including a focus on weight loss. I have made a commitment to be at goal by end of next year. I have managed to go to the gym regularly throughout the year and will add in some new strength training this year. I completed two BBRs in total and most of the last one. I aim to do all three next year without missing one day.
