Susi I really don't think PT will help. I do stretching exercises and light massage and it works....until it doesn't. Not sure what to do at this point. Right now the pain is gone and for that I'm grateful.
Yeah June doing good with SIL treats.
I stayed put all day long. Just one of those days where I couldn't get out of my own way. Tomorrow will be better.
Waving....

Susi sounds like you and Carol had a good meal. Always a plus to cart some home. Prayers continue for Cheryl.

Audrey Happy 40th BD to your son.
Cathy I'm sure you were sad to see DD go back home.Glad the drive home was easier.
Ann I'm glad you had another good nights sleep. I haven't been sleeping as well lately.
Susi I hope Cheryl does well at rehab.I hope you enjoyed lunch out.
LaDonna My knee still hurts although the sun is out. It's very windy and it feels a lot cooler than 62.Instead of church this morning we ended up going to WM to get cough medicine and Halls cough drops.Cedar is rampant here today with this wind and although I have never been allergic to cedar before I'm hoping it's just cedar fever.I felt more like eating lunch more than yesterday but food still doesn't taste right to me.
MJ Nothing gets done before coffee around here.DH has to wait until I'm through with my coffee before he gets breakfast. It's a good thing he likes coffee too.

Bee I'm so glad the eye drops are helping.
Ann You are like Kenneth. He can even nap early in the evening and still sleep all night.I wish I was like that.I can see your hesitation for PT.I'm kind of getting weary of it myself.I do have a reassessment tomorrow and I'm going to ask to just go once a week.I'm glad your pain is better.
Susi Your lunch with Carol sounds good.I'm sorry Cheryl wasn't up to company.
June I'm glad you were able to get tasks accomplished.

Becky hope the lozenges and cough medicine kicks in.
I just don't want to add more time to dealing with BC....and PT will do just that.
I was reading and house walking. I needed to get some movement into my day.

Becky and Ann, I totally understand. Could not take anymore PT. Took way too much of my time for so little return. I can do some exercises at home. June, good for you getting those chores done. I've been a total slug today. Lack of sleep I guess and a headache. Shoulder is feeling better...thanks for asking Bee, glad eye is better! Ann, I like the crab rangoon, too. MJ, sounds like a nice weekend.
