My weekly goal this week is to stop doing two time wasters on the web. Am telling myself I just have to get through this week hoping the week will break by urge to do them. My me-time is my meditation time.

My goals for this week:
* continue exercising a minimum of 5 minutes every 45 minutes while downstairs on the computer * continue to record honestly in my journal * stay OP within calories/points * begin Veganuary on the 1st
* focus on what I want to accomplish in 2020, make a to-do list and start ticking items off one by one
