I got my exercise in this week and am glad I'm developing the habit to do it.

My plan has been to set the timer for 45 minutes then walk or use the exercise machines or dumbbells for 5 minutes then repeat till I get in at least 20 minutes of exercise before lunch. So far so good

I did my usual body-weight strengtening and flexibility exercises every day. I lifted weights two times. I did a Classical Stetch video two times. I did cardio once. In the housework area I vacuumed, washed floors and baseboards. I moved a bed and headboard that were not positioned correctly which required lifting the TempurPedic mattress and foundation off and back on the platform. That was a challenge.
DH's company winter party tomorrow. 80s theme. It's on Sunday because the only day the lab people don't get samples is Monday. We won't stay late.
