Credit for staying away from two of my time wasters on the internet this week. Also credit for getting to my WW meeting, keeping up with my online support groups, tracking, and exercising. Gratitude for my health.

Credit for setting 3 daily alarms to track - and for actually tracking the whole week! Week 1 done! Gratitude for sleep. I'm a little under the weather and a good night's sleep has already done wonders.

Credit for keeping up with exercise and meditating.
I have been a little too flexible with my eating, so gratitude that my weight has not reflected my indulgences, so far. Grateful for home, health, financial security. And Mr. Lani.

Credit for not giving up, for not making excuses to avoid tedious year-end tasks, tracking and journaling, exercising, for saying "No" to the food pushers MOST of the time during the holiday season.
Gratitude for support here and at home, amazing healthy meals, weighed, measured and prepared by my husband. Also grateful that I managed to get through the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years holidays filled intermittently with house guests and dining out, with only a 2.4 gain. It could have been so much worse!
