Thinking Mistake #9: Exaggerated Thinking
You make a situation seem greater or worse than it really is.
"I can't stand this craving."
"I have no willpower."
Do you do this?

I do exaggerated thinking about a lot of things but I don't think I do it with food and eating. Although I do use "always" and "never" when describing eating situations that bother me.

Hmm...not sure if I exaggerate but know my husband does as he worries and stews and thinks about the worst possible scenario.
The never and always hit me in your reply bbbearsmom, I think I have a bit of that going on in social situations...

"If I don't get back on plan I will immediately regain all the weight I've lost." That's my only weight/food related one.
I have plenty in other areas.
