Tuesday I can PTHM. Want to string another OP day. Carl has a dental cleaning late morning. After that I want to go to Market Basket Plaza and pick up a few things at Sally's Beauty Supply. I'll also browse Marshalls and the Dollar Tree.
Sweet dreams.

Going out to lunch with the elder Ladies, and I plan to be AWARE! That's all I have the energy to muster.

I will join you conquerors in making this an OP day. I have a manicure, pedlcure and a few errands including picking up DH’’s prescriptions at the hated CVS. In the afternoon I will continue with laundry, sorting mail and paying bills. I watched the Clemson v LSU game last night so I have a lot to keep me busy today.

I will join you all...it will be a good day
ANN: Glad you could consult with the dr by phone and even be "seen" that way
MJ: I think I would need to have more coffee to process all of that so early in the morning! Sorry your grandchild has the flu but glad mom stayed home.
SUSI: I am glad your busy day was a good one. I just recently saw a recipe that called for black bean pasta...I wonder what it is made of and how it doesn't disintegrate when cooked.
PAM: I admire you for planning your meals in advance
LADONNA: I looked up the book series you have started...do love ghosts in stories. Tradd Street is a real street and some of the houses very interesting.
AUDREY: It is nice to get away but not so nice having to catch up when you get back.
BECKY: I am glad the PT sees marked improvement in your knee flexibility and that doing the stretches at home will improve it even more.

I too am hooking arms with you ladies. Good news is Midnight doesn't have any parasites. Bad news is she still has loose stools so she has an appointment Thursday am to further investigate cause. Other than that, I am heading to the gym and working on my plan for the day. Ann - Glad the pain is minimal Becky - Glad the PT did help even if it won't get you back to "normal" <<<Hugs>>>Bee Welcome back Audrey You are already set up I think Cathy.

Good morning, Ann - Becky - Bee - Audrey - Cathy- Susi - and AWF!
Prayers continue for all ailing and/or stressed posters and loved ones... and thank you for your prayers for me and my family... especially for the Mouseketeer... and for Son#1, who is slowly getting better and is trying to get more rest <hahahaha>.
⛅️🌤☀️🌤⛅️🌤☀️🌤⛅️
After the Kressling's soccer practice last night I was home and watching the Clemson/LSU game by 8:45. He will be on the band trip to Governor Murphy's State of the State address in Trenton and will come here after they get back.
There's lots of scramble this week, and I need to make sure that my own 'fixed parts' - like my Tai Chi class and medOncologist appt - are not impacted.
Coffee will help... ☕☕☕...
⛅️🌤☀️🌤⛅️🌤☀️🌤⛅️ Have a healthy-eating day, all! ⛅️🌤☀️🌤⛅️🌤☀️🌤⛅️

Goooooood morning Have had a string of super hectic days. Ready for a "normal" pattern to develop. Will have a healthy breakfast to start first day of class. Will dodge the adm. asst.'s candy jar even though I contributed a bag.
Mom is responding to the antibiotics. Seemed much better when I checked yesterday.
Will catch up w/ missed personals & return for a "chat."

Good morning all. Audrey you have a lot on your plate today. Enjoy your manicure/pedicure. Nice to have something fun and relaxing to look forward to on your first day back home LOL Cathy...it's amazing what you can do via technology these days. I was pleased to not have to go into the office. Enjoy your day. Susi so happy that Midnight is parasite free. Praying they get to the bottom of her other issue. MJ praying that you can work around their schedule so that it doesn't interfere with your own appointments. There has got to be a way.....
June good to see you. Happy that mom is responding to antibiotics Waving to AWF and wishing all a wonderful OP Tuesday.

Ann Wonderful that your surgeon is willing to monitor your situation via phone/ texted pictures. That's exceptionally helpful and compassionate. Glad that your pain has subsided a bit.
Nice that your pasta splurge is no longer showing on the scale.
Audrey Nice to "see" you back. Know that you have a number of easy, lean dinner menus to help you slip back into weight loss mode. Are you still volunteering at GS's school?
Bee Great that you had a fun time w/ Cissy's. Oh my goodness-- would love to be part of that lunch crew of older women. Lots of stories. Lots of laugh.
Becky Very impressed that you could achieve a 5degree improvement w/ your knee. That's really good. Kudos for your dedicated work at home.
Cathy Know that you will catch up on the book reviews. It's nice that there is some flexibility built in so that you can set them aside when your DD visits. Whatever day you wrote about - cauliflower-- it made my mouth water. I was just talking about making some s/ lemon, olive oil, & spices.
LaDonna Bet that Jayleigh was a lil ray of sunshine. So wish that we that our lil ones lived closer. Wish that your mom was up to going out w/ you. But at least she will consider it first... Ha ha ha. . . That must have been a really tasty dinner. I laugh, b/c I usually am less impressed w/ my tasty dinners as others are. I think it comes from taste testing and smelling the meal as it is cooking.
Mj Hope that Mousekeeter is feeling better. Let's hope the flu bug doesn't travel the entire family. Wow LA F guy sounds like he is overwhelmed and cranky. Not good. Love that Kressling's trombones have a history & story. What a wonderful memory of Toots he will have & cherish.
Pam Good that you could get those weekend chores accomplished. As always, looking forward and planning for "blue skies" is a great path forward.
Susi Hope that Midnight feels better. Wonder if it is a food ingredient that is the culprit. Nice that Cheryl is home & you can help her stay occupied.

Re: Richard's neck First post- op w/ spine surgeon is on Friday. R will have an x-ray. Of course we are hopeful.
Re: Richard's elbow Expecting to hear from hand surgeon's sect. On Weds. When she & dr are back in office. Right now, I expect the surgery to be Jan. 28th at the earliest. Am praying for an earlier date... but that is out of my control.
Re: Mom She needed a lot of emotional support & daughter attention over the weekend. Her mental state & outlook quickly reverted back to how it was when living at home. Not an easy situation Not at a point where shuffling things around were easy for me. Luckily my sister, K, was available. yesterday mom was able to participate in meals activities. More upbeat & pleasant
Am giving thanks that I made significant changes to reduce recordkeeping & such for school. Was very thankful that I prepared all my handouts weeks ago.
Will try to check back later. Class meets in the middle of the day.

MJ - As long as you don't let the others schedules mess with your own needs. June - Still a lot on your and R's plate with medical. Re your mom. Is she on antidepressants? When my MIL was in the nursing home, we knew almost instantly when they decided she didn't need them any more because she became extremely needy and crying to go home. We would insist they put her back on them and things were better. Sounds like it was a definitely worth it dinner splurge LaDonna.
