The Mind☯Body☯Spirit connection emphasis is creating balance, wholeness, and coherence in our lives. It acknowledges that how we think, what we feel, and what we believe create the life we live and the world around us.
Let's get started! We'll post:

Good afternoon, dear ones. i hope today finds you warm and sheltered from cold and wind. Or heat and fire! Pat: I'm so sorry to hear you're having foot troubles. You'll have to fill me in. Every once in a while we each come up with a real gem for an affirmation and I always make note of those. Anetta once wrote: My body is my oldest friend and constant companion - we argue sometimes, but I forgive my friend and do my best to heal her and bring her peace. That one is a gem. I have to keep reminding myself of the thought often. For me, sometimes my healing is physical, sometimes emotional.
So...it was exactly a year ago (give or take a day) that I found this thread over at WW. Hard to believe it's been a year! You're all the best and I am so happy we were able to stick together thru WW's corporate maneuvers.
Anetta, Carol, Lisa, Michelle, and Pat. Be well. And the same to all others who venture past.
Suzanne
Daily Affirmation: I will venture forth without trepidation. Fitness Goal: to be as fit as I can be. Health Goal: to be as healthy as I can be. Gratitude: for having found my 👼 Angels!

Suzanne, So glad you found us. Your daily posts are inspirational!
Affirmation: I am strong and healthy Goal: Get stuff done Goal: Have less stuff to do Gratitude: Life!
DrumrollXXXXX !!!!!!!!!!!! I have always wondered if an albino bird existed and finally!!! today I saw one--an albino morning dove. Also feeding five starving Ravens. They are eating dog food. They have never been at my feeders before. Lovely day yesterday so the quail were in the back yard having their cocktail party, so many, the years have flown by and every brood has made it living in such nice conditions so there are very very many.
Onward>>>

Hi, Michelle: Wow! An albino mourning dove! I love mourning doves. I don't know why. Well, yes I do. I love their coo-ing sounds and I love the way they waddle around with their round little bodies. We have a lot of them here. Someone in my doctors office told me about a great workshop coming up at Cornell's lab of ornithology. I need to see if I can find it.
P.S. I love your goals. That should be my daily affirmation. And when I say "daily" I mean every day!
