WORK IT WEDNESDAY... Working it by planning the IP Beef stew for supper... having my first 22 oz of water NOW... lunch will be a scoop of tuna - very little mayo - on a bed of lettuce! Will leave a note today asking Tracy to get the eggs cooked (IP) and squash (for Sunday) - since she didn't work last night and doesn't go in tonight! When I get home I can do the stew - while cleaning up the kitchen!
Won't get many steps today - probably less than usual - since today (and tomorrow) are my days to be hold up in Amanda's office for settlement! No worries - it's what I want to do... and I even made some headway yesterday, so going in I have (only) 16 more to go - to be caught up through December 31! Yesterday I got 4 done!
Yesterday is tracked - and I used WPAs again... I really NEED to figure this out sooner - rather than later... and get my prepping game back! Being away or tied up for my whole weekend does not bode well for my WL Journey! (or my mental health)
Let me get coffee and be right back ♥

BACK ON TRACK TUESDAY worked for me... Even though I used WPAs I TRACKED - that's what counts! I am still feeling "off" - wondering if I am coming down with something? Might not be just a hectic weekend that I was feeling the effects of! LOL NOT a laughing matter - is if I am coming down with anything - Not NOW! So Airborne is in my bag for today - and I am adding it to the last of my water right NOW!
Sue: Hope your phone call went as expected. Glad you were getting to another paint night... we are planning one for April 5 - another fundraiser... I wanted a beach type picture this time, but I think the girl chose cardinals! Which is fine - but she told me to choose this time, so I did... then she emailed me with other options - I told her to just choose one, since she & I would never agree on one!
Lisa: Yes, the sunshine does help! Sorry you are having so many issues with that attorney payment! Doesn't make sense why they don't just return the call! Thank you - yesterday was a good day... and I am looking forward to the next 2 days!
I need to stick with one color program, and actually DO IT - to see if switching will help! UGH
Oh dear... sorry DD is disappointed... but YAY for another granddaughter!! Whew, good to renew the lease for now too!
Jenny: WOO HOO for joining PF! Tracy has been getting there more, now that she can go on her way to work at 11 PM! LOL It helps keep her "awake" during a long overnight shift I think! Just getting there is half the battle!! LOL To Hobby Lobby... we have one but it's at the mall about an hour away - the BIG mall, that we do not go to very often!
LOL Yes I CAN do this - just lost my focus this weekend... and I am already stressing about the next several weekends NOT being home to plan/prep... that's WHEN I lose my focus!
Good luck with WWOW, be careful... that's when they get sneaky! LOL Good luck to Kerry for Thursday... where is the hospital? Is it local??
Shelly: {{{hugs}}} Feel better hun... yes hoping this dentist is gentle but GOOD! No guilty feelings... his own fault if he isn't doing the work correctly!!
Gabrielle: UGH... 4:15 and not home until 6:30? You ROCK GF! I am a wimp when I leave at 7:15 and not home until almost 6! Never heard of the show you are going to - but I hope you have fun!

Good Morning ~ ugh, I think I'm catching the same head cold as our Carole Came out of nowhere last night so took Airborne before bed and another dose just now. Feeling very achy and dragging - it'll be okay - Last night I just didn't have it in me to make another meal. I had all the ingredients to make zoodles and make a light tomato sauce over them but then I found my comfy LR chair and just sat. And watched the News and sat. DD23 asked if I was making anything??? nope. By that time a bowl of cereal was about the best plan but that didn't even happen so I guess I did my Intermittent Fasting lol I'll live. DID get all my water in and my little Plant Nanny app was happy. I got both Girls following that silly app now and it's WORKING! Lindsey returned to her college apartment about Noon yesterday. We had a good text chat about her one roommate. She did try to warn the other 2 roomies NOT to let this one live with them last year but they caved to Nikki's insistent ways. AND now Nikki is causing all kinds of unnecessary drama and going around Linds' Sorority spreading untruths about Linds. Most of the Sorority know Nikki and don't believe her but Lindsey is not one for Girl Drama - she wants to confront the girl head-on but, I had to caution her, yesterday was Nikki's 21st Birthday and Nikki was throwing herself a big party - I told Linds if she started 'the talk' with Nikki, she would be judged as the one who ruined Nikki's Party by making her cry! I told her 'timing is everything' and to wait this one out for later this week. Work was good. I was very productive and finished scoring tests, finished a written Evaluation, and set up the computer MAP testing for next week. Eye Specialist confirmed the scarred cornea. No other concerns but my vision did get worse in that eye. New prescription given if I want to get new lenses - he did suggest keeping the anti-viral med on hand in case the Shingles rears up again - I think the doctor was more freaked then me! lol

Morning Carole, Christine and all to follow....
Will be MIA again tonight....this is the night we head to American Music Theater for the Dancing With the Stars LIVE show!! Can't wait!! Show starts at 7:00pm and not sure how long it will last so will be a late night since it's about an hour and 15 minutes home....hopefully getting out of the parking lot won't be too crazy!
Yesterday was a good day...finally got the last of my financial reports so could start to make some headway with finishing up my reports.
Got my 401k rolled over quite easily....now to see how it grows with our guys keeping a closer watch on it!! I was talking to a few others at work who are my age and everyone either moved the majority of theirs when they were 59 1/2 like me or plan to do it when they are old enough...I think we all like the feeling of having more control over our $$$.....will admit the new reps that come from Merrill Lynch are NOT the most knowledgeable or helpful!! The old company and rep, Russell, was great and he really tried to help you make choices specific to your situation....example, when we got a raise one year he suggested add to my Roth IRA and NOT the 401k since I wasn't maxing it out yet....
Gotta fly....need to pack a lunch, thankfully much of it is portioned already, and get this day started!

Good morning!
Another rainy day...it rained the whole day yesterday and is supposed to stop (or was early today). Oh well, we are driving into the snow anyway so I hope it lets up soon. The show tonight is in Sacramento and it will just make for a nicer drive home late (about an hour) if is isn't raining. I had a good well-tracked Tuesday and plan to do the same today. We will go out for lunch, but usually it is a pretty healthy place so that should be fine. We are having dinner quickly at home tonight before heading down to meet DS25 and Kate. DS25 will "hang out" with DH and Kate and I will go to the performance.
Carole: Thanks for starting us off today and good day tracking yesterday! I don't recall which color you are on? At some point, it might be a good idea to look at the zero point foods on the three colors and see which one would be better for you. Since I am not doing the vegan thing, purple might not be best but I am sticking with it for now. I do not recall all of the events coming up over the next 4 weekends, but I am wondering....can you sit down and think through what you WILL have control over? Maybe there is an opportunity there to plan some meals -- either by having something ready or looking/thinking through the menu ahead of time and what you might do (or leave out) to lighten it up? It's hard (I know) when you want to really stick to a plan and these things are in the way....maybe focusing on what you CAN control might help. More movement on those days would help too (if possible). Oh, darned cold! I have felt one on the fringes for about a week so I have been taking Airborne once each day. If it feels like it is really coming though, I will take it every 4 hours. Hope that it helps for you. YAHOO for getting the work done over the next two days...it has been a long time coming! What a great feeling that will be to have it finally finished. So glad to hear that Tracy is liking PF...I agree that it kind of "wakes you up" and helps with how you feel for the rest of the day. So, I didn't mention my hot flashes to the NP....WHY NOT?? I have no idea. She actually chatted with me for about an hour. Maybe I will bring it up to my endocrinologist in March (as I sit here sweating in my 60 degree house in shorts and a tank top). Ugh. Hope that you have a good day, Carole!

Christine: Well--good for you. Sounds like last night was one of those nights where you just listened to your body. Sorry about the cold though--yes, Airborne every 4 hours might help. Sorry also about the vision being affected by the shingles. You are a trooper --did you get the vaccine? I hope that you have been able to do that so that the "if you get them again" becomes a lot less likely. So it sounds like Linds won't be living with the one girl in the future, huh? Yes, good advice on the timing! I don't blame her--to have drama where you live? No escape would drive me nuts! I hope that you can "lay low" at work today and start to feel better.
Sue: Oh yes, tonight is your show too! So much fun--enjoy! Like me, being out on a "school night" could prove to be challenging but it will be worth it! So glad that you can trust your financial advisors and feel like you are more set for the future.
Okay, need to sign off, get showered, and pack a few healthy snacks before I go. Have a good day ladies and I will see you tomorrow (and I will have TRACKED my day).

Good morning! Been sitting at the computer weeding my itunes library and looking for the perfect song for the mother/son dance, but sadly I didn't find any unthought of ones. Syncing my ipod now.
Carole-sounds like you are back on track and great job with the water, it reminds me that I need to do better with that!
Gabrielle-glad you get some one on one time with Kate. Good job tracking!
Sue-DWTS LIVE - how cool! I hope you enjoy!
Christine-hope the cold doesn't get worse. Oh the college roommate drama - 2 of my kids went through that!
Doing laundry and thinking about what's for dinner - Greg has a church meeting so it will probably be a late dinner.
Waving...will try to BBL. I did get a call from the lawyer's office yesterday and they are sending me a revised bill - yay for one problem solved!
