Major goal this week is to increase my exercise, also my usual goals: tracking, exercising, meditating, going to my WW meeting, keeping up with my online support groups. My me-time is my puzzle, computer, and meditation time.

Came down with an unexpected cold last night and feel like shit today. Made makeshift soup out of broth, but I'm so tired right now that I can't even think of weekly goals...bleh.
