My weight loss has kept health problems at bay. My blood sugar and blood pressure are fine now. It is easier for me to exercise with less weight on my body. There is less wear and tear on my joints, have less foot, knee, and back pain.

When at a lower weight I am: * more flexible * feel better in my skin * sleep better * joints feel better

My knees and feet feel better. No anxiety when I am dressing to go out.
Yesterday I was being filmed for a short time and for the first time in years I didn’t feel self-conscious about my body at all.

Mental well-being is better with regards to clothing, etc.
Physical well-being is better with lower blood work numbers, sleep better, heart health, joint health, etc.

I wish I could say all the weight I lost has helped my joints but that's hard to say since I'm facing a knee replacement in March. However my weight loss has benefited me in so many other ways I feel blessed.
