Good Morning, my friends:
I woke up to bitter-cold temps, a stiff breeze, and snow flurries. But tomorrow we switch the clocks and Spring is only 9 days away!! 
Friends, I have yet to start a single seed. Today (I hope) is the day. Those I want to start now are slow to germinate, in my experience, so I want to get them going. Plus, its good therapy for me - watching the seeds germinate and grow.
I hope to catch everyone here at some point this weekend.
Daily Affirmation: I allow myself to be open to new opportunities and possibilities. I am free of believing that my options are limited.
Fitness Goal: Back to PT exercises and strength-training. Garden-season cometh.
Health Goal: Healthy food=healthy body.
Gratitude: for each day.

Hi everyone, and thank you for keeping the thread going Suzanne. Happy anniversary on joining us! Doesn't seem that long ago.
It is also bitterly cold here, got the long john out again. I am still digesting my meeting with the foot surgeon. I need to come to grips with it and get back on figuring out an action plan. However, I am still angry at my body and feeling kind of hopeless.
Daily Affirmation - I will get through this.
Fitness Report - nothing.
Health Goal - get off the couch and get real.
Gratitude - having supportive DH and supportive sister.
Waves to Michelle and Carol. I think Lisa is away on vacation.

Good morning from hot, sunny Arizona! Sorry you girls aren't here enjoying with me.
affirmation - I strive to be the best me at all times
health goal - avoid negative thoughts of any kind
fitness goal - walking the dog, floor exercise
gratitude - lifelong friends
So, I am the luckiest girl in the world. My childhood friend who I'm visiting has a house that is 5 star resort quality. Today they are taking me to their house boat on Lake Pleasant, and we'll camp out on the lake on a full moon night. How cool is that! So far we've hiked, shopped, taken the dog for lots of walks, visited some fantastic nurseries, model homes, cool stores in Scottsdale, and gone on scorpian hunts at night. And guess what? My GF got stung by a scorpian last night and thanks to my belief in home remedy we used frankencence and it really helped it to lessen the symptoms. I will carry the blacklight at all times!!!!!!!!!! Life is good!
