The good: flavor is nice, there's plenty of flavor in the coating and the chicken is moist. The not so good: the serving size is 2.96oz @ 4 points on green; There were 8 strips in my bag and it says there are 7 servings.
Right out of the oven they were crisp and good; refrigerated overnight and eaten cold they were no longer crisp, but they weren't soggy. I think they would be good, hot, in a wrap or on a light bun as a sandwich. I used them cold to top a salad and it was good.
The ingredients are a lot of ones I wouldn't eat regularly, and could probably make my own for fewer points and a bit 'healthier', but overall something I might keep in the freezer for a quick meal if needed.
