Goals: track what I eat, exercise, increase my exercise, go to my WW workshop, keep up with my online support groups, and meditate. Me-time is my puzzle, computer, meditation, Netflix time.

weekly goals: rein it in with the food, record it all, exercise 30 minutes at least five days this week
me-time: reading and walking and being with friends on Wednesday

Weekly goal: More on-plan days, get back to meditating daily (easy - a new 21 Day Oprah/Deepka series started)
Credit: Carrying on despite all the political chaos that is not making me happy. You didn't ask for credits, but I put this under open floor, I guess. Also I got caught up with tracking my average monthly weight. Hadn't done it for a while.
Me-time: Same as always, reading, exercising, meditating, trying new recipes, watching too much TV.
Hair color today. I'm trying to see how long I can grow it until it starts looking stupid. I may just have the color and skip the cut.

Well, I got through that! Not bad but the twilight that knocked me out completely last time, had me aware of what was going on this time. Not what I wanted and not sure why that happened but next time I'll tell them to up the meds! Feeling a bit spacey today so I decided to stay home and chill out.
Weekly goal is to get back to my normal OP tomorrow, by then body should be ready for normal foods again.
Credit: Following through this month on some not so fun medical appointments.
Me-time: Just spacing out by the fire and recouping!
