Welcome to the CLUTTERBUSTERS thread. We are a daily thread, Monday thru Friday, and we have a combined weekend edition Saturday and Sunday. We welcome new members and are a friendly, helpful and supportive group.
Our purpose is for support and sharing of tips and strategies in dealing with weight and clutter issues in our lives. Many feel that the two are often tied together. So, we will lend a caring ear, and hopefully give and learn tips to help all of us.
We want to remove at least 5 items or spend still least 15 minutes clutter busting today!
Remember, it didn't pile up in one day so it isn't going away in a day either. One organizer says: you don't have to stop everything to get organized, you just have to start somewhere.

Good morning,
Last of the nice weather days for a while. Tonight we’re getting mixed precipitation that is supposed to make tomorrow’s drive time a mess. It will turn to rain, then late on Thursday the snow will start. They are expecting 6-10 inches on Friday through Saturday. I’m glad Friday is my day off.
Work is starting to pick up. Unfortunately everyone is either sick, getting sick or just finishing being sick. Not a fun place to be.
WI is today. I think I did ok. My roasted chicken and veggies was delicious. I’ll enjoy the rest today. I thought I’d get 3 dinners, but will only get 2. I will definitely make that again, only with more veggies.
Ruth - so good to hear that Stan is doing well.
Dottie - nice to have you back home.

Good morning all. Stan is going to take the Ascent to the dealer for 2 service recalls. I thought about going to Joann’s while he was there, but when he mentioned it could be 3 hrs, I decided that’s too long at Joann’s, even for me! So I’m going to stay home and work on the basement. And I have a couple of phone calls to make too. Things to keep myself busy at home, inside where it’s warm! Cause it’s cold outside!
We need to get to the regular grocery store this afternoon because we have trouble finding DH’s Siggi’s plain Greek yogurt anywhere else. He prefers the plain. I like the Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla yogurt. We both eat yogurt for breakfast 9 mornings out of 10. I eat mine with granola (and sometimes fruit) in it; he eats his plain. Need to pick up a few groceries for meals also. That requires some menu planning too, but we’ll see if that happens.
I had listed DH’s series 3 Apple Watch before we went on vacation. Had it for $175. Target this week has a brand new one, same watch, for $199, so I lowered the price on ours to $150. And last night I got a message from a gal who wants to come today to look at it. Hopefully she’ll take it. Would be nice to get rid of it and get the money. This is the one DGD Kira returned at Christmas time when Stan gave her the series 4 watch. One more thing gone will be very nice!
Ok, I need to get moving. Need to get dressed and all that entails and then get downstairs. Want to make some progress today. One of our WW groups from the old Community threads is called Just Girlfriends. One of the gals in that group from San Jose, CA is going to come to the twin cities to visit the 3 of us who live here (and all know each other from 2 groups) and is going to stay with me. And it’s possible that one or more others from out of town may come also. And since I have 2 guest rooms, they may both stay here. So I want to get the basement cleaned up because one bedroom/bathroom is down there; and I’ll need to work on the upstairs bedroom/bathroom because the crib is in there and I’ll move it to the other bedroom if the 2nd one comes. So I have my work cut out for me.

Back from the Workshop. I stayed the same. That’s progress. It’s usually lose one week, gain the next. This would have been my gain week.
Went for my morning walk. Might be the last one outside for a while. I have to do the short walk, it’s so cold I have to go to the bathroom a lot sooner than usual 😀
