Winter can be a difficult time to motivate yourself to exercise when perhaps all you want to do is hibernate on your sofa till Spring. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

I ended up meeting my 10K goal yesterday. Got close to 15K steps! A neighbor asked me if I wanted to walk on the towpath. Of course I said YES!!
I will probably walk there again today before the big storm coming our way. Ugh....

oMy fitbit blazw is charging. I have another that I am trying to start setup Strugging to day no nutisystem/ ran cuisine eawting a.l today I have left..feel awful

I have an inspection Friday I am not ready. My organizer gives me 3 hours this week. But I got 2 nutrisystem boxes on the shelves but the other 8 big boxes are left. I am donating things in the middle of the room plus big empty boxes that take up much of the room. My wires are all in a jumble in 3 places.

Today I ate 10 lean cuisine all the snacks in Nutrisystem and a lunch and dinner in Nutrisystem I start tomorrow eating only lunch and dinner in Nutrisystem and,15 points, and all my other foods. I bought shakes from WW 10 grams of protein 80 calories and 600 grams of calcium. There are 7 shakes in the WW shakes 2 points a shake. I can buy one box a week. I have scrambled eggs and a shake for breakfast. I put 1/4 cup non fat shredded cheese in the 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of water. My fitbit was being charged all day. I eat now 16 oz of pumpkin for vegetable. I divide it in 2 portions. I put 2 Splenda packets in each pumpkin bowl and cinnamon. Pumpkin in a can is 0 points. I eat 4 apples and 2 tuna sandwiches 4 slices of Healthy Life bread. And 2 cups of yogurt. I put this in for tomorrow to eat. 38 points and 1769 calories. The calories will go down with some lunches and dinners in Nutrisystem.
