TRACKIN' TUESDAY... Get those trackers fired up for today! I have my breakfast tracked... coffee, water and 2 HB eggs. Lunch will be a salad - but not sure what I have to put on it! Trying to get away from the deli meats that I had Sunday - Monday, due to the sodium - but they aren't bad in points, so I may just use the turkey just to use it up! Weight was up yesterday after Sunday - but not bad! WHEW! I guess I did OK overall!
Move it Monday went OK...Not my 6k steps, but more than usual, as I walked in the afternoon to pick up my car!
Not sure what is going on here, but I came home yesterday feeling "off" again... it's like I have a bug of some kind, it doesn't bother me 24/7, but just some days more than others? Does that make sense? So I took NyQuil again and was asleep before 9 PM! Didn't sleep well - feel tired this morning... just feels like I can't quite "shake" this, but it never actually amounts to being sick either! UGH!
Audit "season" has begun again at work... so Deb, Kaitlin and Crystal will all be late today! OH Crystal was out yesterday, her parents were sick and could't watch her daughter, and her husband couldn't get the time off (from his part time job)- so she had to stay home!
OK Let me refill my coffee and catch up here... will take my Airborne with me to work today!

Gabrielle: Yes, I can agree, a 3 day weekend would be awesome every week... hoping you enjoyed your "bonus" holiday yesterday! Ah, yes... we all have the same hoops to jump through for these ID things! I don't know why they think these are less likely to be "counterfeited"... mine looks pretty much the same as my old license - but an extra seal or two to make it more official!
Aww, sorry you had "work" to do on your holiday... but I guess doing it from home would be nice - if ya have to do it... may as well be in the comfort of your own home!
So excited for your trip to AZ... will you drive home with Ed after the run?? WOW 20 from your group? Nice to have a group of friends to travel with. Is anyone traveling with Ed to get there? Don't ever think "enough about me"... we LOVE to hear about you!
Yes, Sunday was an overall success! Tim, Jaclyn & Eden stayed (After EVERYONE ELSE LEFT - EVEN MY SISTERS) to use the tub before packing up to go home. I think she had a great day! Now she has a great birthday WEEK! Tim is on vacation! SO they have a few things planned - that will make her day special too!
I was very happy with myself (for the most part) on my eating Sunday... and the scale was up a bit yesterday - but not so much I undid all my work from last week!
I have invited Jaclyn's family to her BD party in May... it is usually Memorial Day weekend, and we can be OUTSIDE, so it would be less chaotic - and less noise... and maybe be able to actually talk with them! LOL I know I have a big house, but it doesn't feel so BIG when there are 18 people pretty much in the living room and dining room - with 3 HYPER kids!
YES! Being caught up at work - is SUCH a good feeling! Today I should have time to do the weekend settlement AND my Monthly Management report... Can't do that one until the 11th when reports are finalized from our processor!
LOL Yes we had snow, then turned to rain... warmed up a bit, so it was not icy when I left work. Deb was going to give me a ride down - but when I saw it wasn't raining and not super cold, I said NO... the walk will do me good! SO I walked...
Thanks for the thought... maybe while he is in the hospital for those 7 days - I can think of ways to help... like grocery shop for them! I can fill the fridge - toss out what's not good ( in one way or another) and get it ready for when they get home! I will ask to see a list of "acceptable" foods (from the nutritionist). Thank you! I will give this some thought!
They were discussing some of the changes they had made prior to his last appointment... so yes, this is an idea I can work with. People have asked all along "do they need meals?" OF course as of yet, they had not... but now... hmmmm....
Sounds like Kathy wants to be at the hospital the day of surgery too - and she will bring Zoë... I told her that was up to Patti... since Patti is the one she'll "want" most of the day. It will only add to Patti's stress if Zoë gets too "clingy" while waiting!

No Track Tuesday for you today?? YAY A morning off! LOL I know you will do your TM run and then your class... but not OUT at the crack of dawn!!
LOL Legendary... OH MY... No I had not noticed our gems have disappeared!
Jenny: Oh I am so jealous!! LOL I am not sure about 4 10 hour days... my type of work it wouldn't "work", but I like the idea of no work Mondays! I guess when I get closer to retirement and want to go PT, I can choose Mondays off - instead of 5 shorter days? Two women in a different department are doing that from now until they retire later this year... Sounds like the perfect plan, you working other plants until Friday when WWOW is OFF!
Hope Kerry's cardiac rehab goes well - he'll learn soon what he can and can't do...
Sue: YAY for feeling great about PF... and making a new friend... and looking forward to a class today... YOU GO GF!
LOL No, No walking yesterday morning... I fear the ice under the snow - last thing I need is to FALL on the unshoveled sidewalks! It was too early for most business' to be shoveled out!
Yes, the brother Shawn is more "open", probably because he is older (maybe 40?) and has a wife and kids... his daughter is in the Air Reserves, and was shipping out to TX yesterday... so he has had to "open up" to strangers... more than the brother Ricky (the baby) who is not even 30 yet! Of the family they have "found" Jaclyn (38) is smack dab between 2 boys older and 2 boys younger. One older brother wants no part of any reunions!
OMG Yes, three GIRLS 6 and under can be deafening!
Yeah, I know IF I go "international" I'll need a new passport... still not sure of spending the $$ now to renew, if we have no set plans to actually use them in the next 10 years! WOW Here in the great Commonwealth of MA it is $60.00 for either a Real ID or a regular license... Thank goodness my Real ID and License are one in the same!
LOL Here in our area ya' gotta try Avery's Sausage... homemade stuff right at the store where Ken works. Will admit it's a bit spicy for me sometimes - but most folks FLOCK to get it! Lately they have been advertising when it is made on FB and they are sold out sooner than usual! They have been doing enough to freeze some too - so we can always get it whether they make it that week or not!
Shelly: Sorry your work takes so much out of you these days... I blame the winter weather too! SO dark and dreary most days here... Oh yes, take care of your back... your trainer should be able to help you out with doing it "right", right? Although, once you have a bad back - it comes and goes All.The.Time.! Mine was achy last night when I went to bed too! This morning it seems to be OK...
Hope you got some good rest... hoping your morning guy is doing well after surgery and will be back ASAP!

OK Time to get moving... not sure what's for dinner, and have to stop for a few things after work. I am filling a "Supper for Six" bag for the local food pantry - and I have to have it filled by tomorrow! YIKES! LOL The bank is doing a friendly competition with the "other bank", to see which bank can donate the most food. It is "timed" to be available when there is no school so the kids that get the free breakfast/lunch program at school will have food during vacation. I fill a bag every year - but this year it snuck up on me!
Hope you all have a great day... will track when I know what I am having.
♥hugs♥

Evening.... oh today was so slow at work and I should’ve got stuff done that’s been on back burner but I was NOT motivated at all. I did get out at decent time. Came home and did my nails. Have you guys heard of color street? Oh they are awesome. I never go get my nails done anymore so they usually look bad. Well not anymore. These are actual polish but they are in nail strips and you just stick on your nails. Yes they stay on great!!! Oh and I think they was done in like 5-10 minutes and NO dry time, never any smudges just perfect nails. I just took my other set off tonight that had been on my nails almost 3 weeks. I couldn’t believe how good and how easy they are. Thinking about doing a FB party but haven’t decided yet.
Carole sorry you are still not feeling the best. Hopefully it goes away. Oh yes feels good to be caught up. Now if I could get all my stuff done. Fixing to go to bed early so I can get extra sleep. I’m pretty tired tonight with being up early today.
Sue when I have a tough workout I usually really start feeling about 24-30 hours later. I’m pretty sure I’m not giving g it my all lately. Guess I’m just running through the motions right now.
Well guess I need to go take my makeup off and head on to bed. Talk to you all later!!!!!

Good evening ladies!
Wow, this day has flown by and I still have about an hours worth of work-work to get done. It will be worth it to have Friday off for the AZ trip though. This morning I did my shorter run and then headed to the gym for the class....I am so glad that I started going to this class. Everyone is so friendly (a whole room full of MORNING people, LOL!) I am definitely going to stick with the class to improve my arms and core strength. I did track today (thank you to Carole's motivational start to the day). Hope that everyone has had a good day as well...
Carole: Thanks for starting us off today. What a great idea! You can offer to clean out their fridge and help with some of the restocking! I know that these things take time--I am sure that they appreciate the offer (even if they don't accept it right now). I hope that you aren't falling victim to another bug. I have had to take an Airborne almost every day for the last 3 weeks as, off and on, I feel like a cold is going to move into my system. Sheesh...a very persistent bug. I hope that you felt better as the day went on. So great that Tim is off with Eden this week---how fun would that be! Truly a week-long birthday! I will be checking in tomorrow to see how you are doing....
Jenny: Did your cookbooks arrive yet? It will be fun to try out new recipes. Do you live close to a Trader Joe's? We are about 45 min away...if we were closer, that would probably be my "go to" store to get vegan foods, etc. I even bought DH a vegan box of chocolates (uggh....don't ask me to try them!) So glad that Kerry continues to improve and that you are starting your training--great timing. I will have to find the video you posted on FB....sounds like a nice evening for the kids (and parents).

Sue: How are you doing today? So, when you and Jason paint, do you paint on the same canvas or do you each have your own? Painting on the same canvas would be a true test of a marriage, wouldn't it? Hope that you had a good day...you and Carole have me convinced that I need to try out the breakfast sausage next time I am back east!
Shelly: So glad to hear that you got out at a decent time! You work so much that I would imagine it would be hard to be motivated to work more when things slow down. The nail "tape" that you are describing sounds great! I am a boring french-manicure person and don't really use other colors or else I would try it. It's nice to not have to worry about how your nails look though, isn't it? Hope that you got a good night's sleep.
Hello to Christine, Lisa, and all who follow. Need to get my work-work done and hit the hay at a decent time. I have my stuff packed that DH is taking with him tomorrow (mostly running things) but will pack tomorrow night as I fly out on Thursday--- I am trying to remember the last time I was alone in our house sleeping overnight....maybe 3 times since I have been married? It will be a novel experience! See you all tomorrow!
