WORK IT WEDNESDAY... "Working" on a zero point dinner (Again) - I grabbed a rotisserie chicken while shopping last night!M Tonight will be chicken in the crock pot - and I'll do brown rice and veggies when I get home. I know, chicken 2 nights in a row... but, hey until someone else wants to plan healthy meals around here - they get what they get!
I did buy whole wheat pasta for the next time Ken wants spaghetti! I didn't realize I was so low on frozen veggies - so I will have Ken bring home fresh broccoli and green beans today!
I didn't get my salad put together last night - so will have to have time to get that done this morning - and I slept later today than usual... UGH... didn't sleep well during the night so shut off my alarm - but woke at 5:30 - so I have a little time here.

Good morning!
Feel more caught up here now - some mornings are super busy for me but I always enjoy reading our posts to see what each of you are doing.
I’ve been working steadily on our taxes - finished ours but need the Girls’ to be available to access their gmail accounts when TurboTax sends a ‘security code’ lol We are getting a refund finally after years of struggling to make it even thanks to my contract job...you would think I would have $$ set aside but ohhh no I never quite manage! All good.
WI today shows I stayed the same. It was a tough week but I managed to get back on track.
Hoping everyone has a good Wednesday!!! Time for breakfast then out the door....

My tracker looks pretty good for TRACKIN' TUESDAY... how about yours?? I did use some points on wine! Yup... Tim brought it Sunday - so what's left is HERE... going to put it in the back fridge today - maybe outta sight - outta mind? Thought that was a habit I had "broken"...
Sue: Sorry you are feeling your WO, but YAY you are FEELIN' YOUR WO! LOL I Mean it's a good feeling isn't it??
Shelly: YAY for getting out of work at a decent time! LOL Yes, I use color street... but not as often as I'd like! I keep waiting for my nails to grow to look nice - but then they start to grow and then they break... I still prefer a REAL manicure... and may get one this week - then the cuticles will be cut back and then I can apply my newest color street. UGH I wish I could do it in 5-10 minutes! I always take like 20! IF you do a FB party - be sure to invite me! I just ordered some, and had to search for a consultant! My DD is using them now also!
Gabrielle: Hopefully your work work got done, so you CAN enjoy the Friday off! COMPLETELY OFF! You still have 2 days right? You leave mid-day tomorrow? Safe travels to Ed as he heads out- how far of a drive is it for him??
Well I figure with them both in Boston for 7 days, by the time they get home - most things in the fridge will be spoiled... I will have to coordinate with Tyler (the kid that lives with them) so I don't throw out HIS stuff! LOL I think this will work!
I too feel like I am still "fighting" something!
Tim & Jaclyn are taking Eden to her annual birthday trip to the local Butterfly place "Magic Wings"... will be nice to be in a tropical setting while the rest of us are out in the snow! Expecting 1-3" again tonight into tomorrow! Anyway, then they are taking her to a hotel with a pool - so she can have a nice birthday!
OH ENJOY your house and bed alone tonight! LOL

Mornin' Christine - WOO HOO for a tax refund AND no weight gain!!
I printed out the complete list of zero point foods (PURPLE) so will do some studying today! Next on my WW agenda is to research new meal/recipe ideas!
Not sure Ken has even started our taxes yet... hmmm... he hasn't said anything! He's so tied up with the estate crap, he probably hasn't thought about taxes yet!
OK Need to get moving here... feels like it's going to be a long day!

Morning Carole, Christine and all to come...
Let's just say I am feeling muscles I haven't felt in YEARS!! Keep reminding me it's a good thing. Won't get to PF today or tomorrow....dinner with the friends tonight and couples paint tomorrow. Plan to go Friday even though it's Valentine's day....will likely have the place to myself!!
Shelly....had to smile when yesterday's page opened in the browser...I have been using and loving Color Street for over a year now....I was a salon girl for 15 years....CS is cheaper, easier and lasts as long....I love it!! My current set is day #12 but I'm planning to change over the weekend just because I can, not because I need to....I used to stretch my salon nails as long as I could...now I can change more often!!
Waves to all....will catch up tonight after dinner....going to Chili's so will check the menu at lunch and go with a plan. Was a bit frustrated this morning when I stepped on the scale and was up 2+ pounds and I have been so good the last several days...only thing I can figure is PF?? Who knows....I will keep plugging!

Good morning!
True DOR for me today from the TM or anything else---and it is a busy one! Meetings solid from 7:30-5:30 (even over lunch). I will be checking in for my flight from my car as I drive to do a presentation at a local district. I got everything together for DH to take with him today--now it feels like it is really happening Tomorrow morning, my ride into the office is going to pick me up at about 6:45 am so early start AND I have two conference calls while at the airport. Not sure if I am going to call this a half day off or not...the hours will add up to 7.5 hours at least!
Carole: Yep, hearing you prep for your zero point dinner confirms it--you are a purple plan girl! Chicken two nights in a row has been common in this house (just cooked a little differently). Sometimes I'm REALLY adventurous and will do ground turkey instead, LOL. For a recipe idea, I posted on FB a recipe that sounded like the one that Christine made (ground turkey, black bean, zucchini chili) --I made it as directed but used mild, canned chilis and I added some frozen corn. For some reason, I love having the sweetness of the corn in spicier foods. Anyway, it's really good and I have been having it for lunch too. Last night I used it in a tortilla with veggies like a "taco". Only 1 point per serving (due to olive oil---I only used 1 tblsp for about 6 servings though so it's even less). Just an idea--I had everything that it called for on hand which was nice. Fun birthday for Eden! Love reading about it I didn't realize that the kids had someone else living there--that would be nice to know that someone is keeping an eye on things in their absence. Yep, sounds like a nice opportunity to help them out with the fridge...it could be cleaned out and some prepped meals could be waiting for them with directions. What a GREAT gift for them! I tracked yesterday due to your inspiration---thank you! I love my salon nails too--once every 3-4 weeks and it is my one indulgence. I don't do massages or anything like that and work hard so I justify it. Hope that you have a good day! Yes, I leave tomorrow (last conference call ends as we board our flight, LOL). Hoping for NO work on Friday. Monday is a holiday and then, on Tuesday, my whole department heads to Monterey (5 hour drive) for a conference Tues night-Friday. Monterey is beautiful but it is a busy time in our office. We'll survive though!

Christine: Yay for a tax refund! Aren't you so glad to have it all done? Our appt is in March (the ranch is SO complicated we have to go to an accountant). Last year we paid so this year hoping for a different outcome. Good job hanging in there with your 10# loss and cheers to a week ahead of good choices! Hope that you have a good day today.
Sue: Oh, the pain is a good pain, right? I have heard many times that, when we use our muscles as you did, they retain water to heal and that it shows on the scale. It very well could be the case that this is what is causing the scale to be where it is. I seem to never lose two weeks in a row....for some reason, my body will drop some weight and then stall, then drop a little, then stall...maybe it has to do with the exercise or maybe that is just how it is? Hang in there--you are doing all of the right things and the muscle you are building will burn more calories in the long run! Have a good day today.
Hello to all who follow. I need to get into the office early so will be signing off. Hoping that everyone has a good OP day--and that we are all sticking with our plan to track (thank you to Carole and Christine for reminding us
