Sunday, February 16: 125.8 - up 1.2 lbs. My express elevator went back up to the top floor to pick up all the weight my bod thought it had lost.

Sunday Feb 16:3rd straight day at 119.4.I know it won't stay that way but it's been nice while it's lasted. I'm giving blue another try to see if I can maintain a healthy weight and I certainly haven't lost since changing so it may work well for maintenance just not losing much.

I started out on the old points plus plan when I first started WW and lost quite a bit of weight.I made goal on smart points(the new green plan).I never lost more than maybe 1 lb on the freestyle plan so when they came out with the new plans I jumped back to green.In fact I had been doing smart points on a free app.I was still losing on green and didn't need to lose any more weight so I thought since I never really lost on blue I would give it another try.It's easier to get in some of my maintenance points on blue because of fewer points.I started back on it last Monday and so far I have pretty much maintained so I will see tomorrow at my home WI if that's still the case. I notice you are really losing well on blue.Keep it up.I don't understand why it works for some and not for others but that's why WW brought back 2 of the older plans back.Since you are doing well with it I would definitely stick with it.

Tuesday 2/18:121.4 up 2 lbs.After staying at the same weight for 4 days in a row I gained.I know it wasn't 2 lbs of fat.Must be IBS-C or sodium related.
