I'm curious to know if our posters consider steps achieved or other exercises as their fitness goals. For some it's 150 minutes/week of intentional activity or 10, 000 steps per day or a certain calorie burn/day., etc. I'm just feeling like 10, 000/day isn't the only or best measure of adequate exercise.

I just try to do something every day, and not sit too long at a time. My main goal is to keep my knees bendable (without pain).
