I am hoping whoever stole my mojo returns it.
I don't feel bad, just extremely tired.

Ann Nice to get another e-voucher for the month.
Audrey Enjoy your time with Nora.
June Enjoy your day and any of those dinner options sounds good to me.

Today I will undo the damage caused by meals the last two days. I know that the salt in the meal yesterday and extra calories/points/carbs are the reason the scale is up three pounds this morning.
We had fun yesterday. My daughter is working on our reservations for the trip to Scotland. The solar water heater burst a pipe, depleted our water reserves and has to be fixed today. No showers or much that uses water will be done till...later. If it is not one thing it is another!
ANN: Hope WI and your WW meeting go well.
BEE: Mojo is hard to find sometimes...
AUDREY: Sounds like you are doing well and al is planned for the day. All of your little tasks/chores will add up. I bet Nora will b thrilled with the Barbie townhouse. I had a better night of sleep last night...midnight till 8:30 this morning and had the windows open...sleep better with the windows open for some reason. Hope you sleep better, too.
JUNE: My guess is that all three of those meals will be eaten this week it is just a matter of which one appeals when dinnertime rolls around.
BECKY: Don't push yourself or overdo it. Conserve your strength/energy for the surgery...it is soon, isn't it? It sounds like a LONG day with the pre-op appointment running late. I am glad you have transportation settled and can relax on that.
MJ: Have never heard the March 4th - march forth phrase. It sounds like you found plenty to do while the housekeeper did her thing.
SUSI: Glad the new food is helping Midnight AND that you were again below goal at WW monthly WI.
LADONNA: When does the time change? I need to look that up as it is usually different here than in the USA. I haven't had a problem with night eating until the last few years...never a problem earlier in life. Ah well...perhaps need to do as you do and have veggies ready to snack on!

Good morning, Ann - Bee - Audrey - June - Becky - Cathy - and AWF!
Prayers continue for all ailing and/or stressed posters and loved ones... and thank you for your prayers for me and my family... especially for the Mouseketeer... and for Son#1 (he goes for bloodwork at noon today to check liver enzymes).
💞🐵🙈🙉🙊🐵💞.
Today is supposed to be a bit cooler (temps in 40s) with light winds. And sunny... it's supposed to be sunny all day.
No DivaTaxi. MHMR. Bank (didn't get there yesterday). Toots is planning for pseudoSunday Steak Dinner; we're thinking Charlie Brown's. I don't think we have any connection to tonight's indoor soccer practice for the Kressling & K'ling2.
Groceries are all done and I need to plan out the menus through the weekend since we're going to The Plantation on Saturday afternoon/evening and the St. Patrick's Day parade is on Sunday.
Yesterday was a tad bit more than we'd planned but still Not Much overall. Here's looking for another day like it... coffee mug held high... ☕☕☕...
🍀🌷🍀🌷🍀🌷🍀🌷🍀 Have a healthy-eating day, all! 🍀🌷🍀🌷🍀🌷🍀🌷🍀

Good morning all. Slept well and grateful.
MJ enjoy the Plantation. Keeping DS#1 in my prayers. Let us know how he makes out.
Cathy, I'm sure you'll get rid of that sodium bloat in no time.
Wishing all a great OP day and will CBL

Becky Lucky that you found a Mexican restaurant near the facility. Those pre-op days are very long when you factor early mornings, in the drive, extra drive time for possible weather delays, and so on. Hope that today will be so much easier on you & Kenneth both. Will pray that this is the last hurdle you have to jump before your surgery next week.
Ann LOL. I guess I will let my stomach decide. So far this morning it is pulling towards shrimp scamp, but more vegetables seem appealing. Am thinking that I would likely add fresh mushroom, onions, & carrots just because I want them. But burgers & seasoned oven potatoes are always an option in my book.
Cathy Yikes. . . A burst pipe in a home's water system is not a pleasant situation. Glad that a repair can be -accomplished today. Good attitude . . . eating healthy is today is what we can do today. Water is the best answer to that extra salt. So those 3 lbs will soon be flushed away. R & I enjoyed touring Edinburgh castle & Holyrood when we were in Scotland. We were there in August, so we could attend the Military Tatoo, which was quite fun.
Sometimes it takes me two to three weeks to circle back to a meal idea that I did not use. Don't ask me why.
Mj Geez. . . That housecleaning appt. was an unexpected monkey wrench in your schedule. Sometimes we just lose sight of a "thing." But you two made it work. Nice that Toots caught a nap and you found a sunbeam. Life's little pleasures. . . Love that your steak "dinner" is always part of your weekly plans. Hope the weather cooperated for the St Patrick's parade. Do you need to prepare anything for the YM's participation in the parade?

The rain here will not let up...hopefully tomorrow. Work should be steady and I've got bfast and lunch planned for the most part. May edit lunch. Ann, GL at WI. Do you stay for the mtg? Bee, sorry you are tired. maybe you should just rest. Do you have some good reading material? Audrey, great job with the meals. Nora is just a cutie pie! June, shrimp scampi sounds good but so does burgers with oven fries Becky, wonder if your BP is up just due to the pending surgery. My BP goes up when I'm at the drs office. Cathy, It changes this coming weekend. There was some talk that this might be the last time. People are so tired of switching back and forth every 6 months. I'm so sorry about your water heater. Yes, agreed if its not one thing it is another. MJ, clicking coffee mugs with you:)
