Friday I can PTMH. Oir oil company is coming out to clean our furnace at 9 am. We have a few errands to run which includes picking up fresh produce. Our friends are meeting us at New England Seafood for a late lunch. It's going to be nice playing catch up.
Sweet dreams.

I can weigh in and be accountable. Feeling a tad more alive this evening. Someone gave us ducks, 7 French ones. I love to watch ducks. Been a few years since we had any on the property. This picture is not one of ours. They were too fast for me.

Bee, enjoy the ducks. I will PMH but not tracking as much as I should. I weigh daily. I will KOKO. I got a lot done yesterday so this should be a quiet day. We are going out for Indian food for dinner so I will have my usual breakfast and a light lunch. Ann, enjoy catching up with your friends. Becky, Iām glad you had a good walk yesterday and hope the weather cooperates with your knee. June, enjoy the workshop.

Good morning, Ann - Bee - Becky - June - Audrey - Cathy - and AWF!
Prayers continue for all ailing and/or stressed posters and loved ones... and thank you for your prayers for me and my family... especially for the Mouseketeer... and for Son#1 (now I need to bug him for his test results; it's a MomThing).
Sending much love and prayers to Susi and family, as Stephen continues his journey...
Asking for a few extra prayers for the Mouseketeer, whose behavior has suddenly taken a turn for "like last year".
ššµššššµš.
Mid-40s and rainy all day <sigh>.
DivaTaxi. MHMR. LA-F (last PT; membership expires 3/8). MH-ASR. Don't know about the Kressling's indoor soccer tonight. I have no ambition this morning. None. Zip. Zero. I would crawl back under the covers and send Toots to cover MHMR if it wasn't also the last day with my PT trainer (I don't want to miss that).
Coffee will help... āāā...
šš·šš·šš·šš·š Have a healthy-eating day, all! šš·šš·šš·šš·š

Good morning all. Another great night of sleep and I'm ready to face the day refreshed. Cathy we can all do a bit better. Last night I got into the munchies big time. I had that 'end of my week mentality' and went with it. Today is a new day and for me a new week and I'll make the most of it. I'll have to choose wisely when we go out to late lunch today and cart most of it home for Carl to enjoy at a later time. I'm good with that and it's a win win for him MJ keeping family members in my thoughts and prayers. Sorry for you rain. June hope you enjoy your day.
Bee happy your slept well.
Will CBL...waving and wishing all an OP one!

Susi Sending you & Carol many caring and comforting thoughts and prayers. Hope that Stephen can be kept comfortable. Ann Nice that your WW "friend" was present. Having someone with whom you like makes the workshop better. Will be interesting in seeing what the group & leader have share about the Blue Dots. Bee The ducks are adorable. Hope that you have even more "giddy up and go" today.
Becky Am glad that you have cleared all the presurgery requirements. R's BP was elevated before the surgery and higher afterward w/ the pain and anxiety. Back to his normal now.
Cathy Hope that you have hot water today & the repair was not too pricey. Just finished "The Secrets We Keep" by Lara Prescott. Interesting storyline set in Cold War focusing on Stalin's Russia, CIA, and women navigating in a man's world. Weaves together lives female characters with the creation and condolscent publication of "Dr. Zhivago." Maybe you reviewed?
LaDonna Hope that your weather decides to hold onto spring and not let go. Have been to SC many times in March visiting our nephew and it's usually sunny & warm. Ha ha ha. . . In NE OH weather can change drastically and frequently in a single day.
Pam Hope that your work week is ending on a high note and today zooms by quickly!

Mj Too bad that you couldn't linger a little later in bed. Much harder to check of boxes of your list when you have zero motivation. Maybe you need a sunbeam or two to recharge your battery. Hope that you enjoy your last PT session at LA F.
Audrey Enjoy your Thai dinner. You have a good plan in place for balancing out restaurant choices with meals at home.

Okey dokey Last night's meal became smoked brisket. I allotted the SPs and enjoyed the meal. I left quite of few weeklies unused, so I figured those covered any discrepancies. R gave generous shares to our neighbors, my sister, and my nephew. So not as much left. He invited Marty over for lunch. Will make frosted brownies while I am at WW. I am planning on having vegetable soup since one meal of brisket seems plenty to me. Right now the brownie does not appeal to me. Not the biggest fan of boxed brownies and canned frosting. So am will stop after the meeting and restock our fruit.
catch you later... I hope!
