Winter can be a difficult time to motivate yourself to exercise when perhaps all you want to do is hibernate on your sofa till Spring. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

Good morning
Snowy day here. Had a great walk on the towpath yesterday with a neighbor. Yesterday was the first time (I believe) that I hit over 20k steps. We where there for a little over 4 hours. She had her camera and was taking lots of pictures. I was so cold and tired when I got home. It was a fun day though!!
Amy do you not like the Nutrisystem food? I tried it and was not a fan.

Most of the food is good but I eat too much, There is a it in the shelf But 5 big boxes post office picked up. to return. there is a lot still on shelves. I keep eating more than I should Maybe Claire will help me donate the shelves food tomorrow at 8am. I have been eating it all day. 5 boxes on shelves minus what I have eaten. Claire comes tomorrow and am sure the will donate the open food on the shelves. I tried but it is too tempting and theres so much. Glad the post office took 5 boxes. That minus the cost of shipping will be returned to the qvc card. i just called cvc and told them it was not good for me and gaining weight. They said they would write a note and not charge for shipping . it snowed sunday night and a lot on monday. better today.

i hope I do not gain over 199 I would have to pay. This nutrisstem makes me gain. I think Claire can donate it tomorrow. I I got a garbage bag and all the rest of the food is lying in open boxes. So I want to donate it and and maybe put some things on the empty shelves. I am not eating this tomorrow I got 10 boxes in all. Thats why there;s still a lot left.
