A good nightβs sleep would be wonderful, June. Bee, stroll with purpose today. Ann, I hope your dental appointment is good and your crown fits well. I have a manicure and pedicure in the morning and Nora in the afternoon. Our neighborβs son and family are going home to New Jersey at the end of the week but he is going to surprise Nora by coming over in his captainβs uniform. He is captain of the Meerwald, New Jerseyβs tall ship, and he has just published his second childrenβs book. It should be fun.

I will:
* think before I eat * write before I bite * stay OP * get 30 minutes of walking in at some point today
Hubby came down having not slept much last night. He is worried about the economy and the covid-19 spread and the banks and was in "survive by storing" mode wanting a list of foods, medicine, first aid and other items we would need for 2 months if everything closes down. He was talking about planting more potatoes and vegetables and such. So, when I finish on the computer I will make a list and look it over with him, go out and about to pick up what we need, see if a friend has any chickens she wants to cull - or find some somewhere if he is serious about doing the chicken thing again - and see what else he has on his mind. I don't think I want to start raising goats or cows for the milk though he might suggest it! Anyway...will also be posting blog things as I have two blog tour posts for today and have only read one of the books and haven't written either of the reviews. It will be a busy day!
It may be overcast outside but I will remain positive
MJ: Sounds like another busy day with parades and schedules. Glad Brian is improving, hope DS1's lab work arrives soon and will keep you and Mouseketeer in my thoughts and prayers.
BEE: I can and I will, too
ANN: Glad you have nice weather. It was warm here yesterday and sunny and today it is gray and cool. Funny how weather can happen overnight.
JUNE: How fun to have food choices waiting in the frig. I looked up the Spanish influenza for hubby last night and 10% of those that contracted the virus died...don't think Covid-19 is that lethal but time will tell. There are more cases in Lebanon every day.
SUSI: I realized while planning that I have been to England probably more than my daughter so will let her choose what we do. I went to meet my husband before marriage, went with my husband to meet my parents and sister when pregnant with my daughter and was there for a couple of weeks when the children were small while the company my husband was to work for in Saudi Arabia finalized things. I have been on a number of tours, seen museums and such...so...will let her choose what we ultimately spend time doing in London. Glad you and Cheryl had fun - hope Stephen gets to go home soon.
LADONNA: Enjoy your day off and do hope you can enjoy time with your friends. Covid-19 is really causing trouble for so many. My husband has always helped with the house...it is nice to have a helper in your helpmate.
AUDREY: I think there were 9 new covid-19 cases in Lebanon yesterday. Some hospital workers. My sister said that a friend of hers is on self-quarantine though her husband is not. The friend went to support her friend because the husband of the supported friend was one of the first diagnosed with the virus and he died. Before that the cases have been distant but this has what...three or four degrees of separation...plus an ocean and countries and such BUT it seemed closer since someone I know knows someone...or something. We have made our own vinegar in the past but this year it got tipped over so was lost. The oil we have was pressed last season. Is the oil you buy from local orchards?
BECKY: It must be nice to have the house ready for post-op.

Good morning, June - Bee - Ann - Audrey - Cathy - and AWF!!!
Prayers continue for all ailing and/or stressed posters and loved ones... and thank you for your prayers for me and my family... especially for the Mouseketeer... and for Son#1 as we wait for the bloodwork results and for MissMouse's Spouse, Brian, who seems to be responding to treatment.
ππ΅ππππ΅π.
DivaTaxi. MHMR. Chair yoga at 9:30 AM. Toots has SSO rehearsal tonight. That's IT <jinx><jinx>.
MissMouse wants Toots to look at their basketball net to see how to adjust it up and down. She's also asked me to take the Mouseketeer to his next therapy session on Wednesday 4/1 at 3:30 and I've added it to my calendar. And Son#2 has asked for Saturday 4/18, arrival time 5 PM.
Yesterday was beautiful, with temps rising to the low 70s. Indeed, it was so lovely that Toots & I got a bit carried away and washed GracieTOO and the MusicMobile. So that was my fitPoints for the day, including climbing up and down on the stepladder to get to GracieTOO's roof (Toyota Highlander). Today's going to be in the 60s with a bit more breeze.
Coffee's brewing... βββ...
ππ·ππ·ππ·ππ·π Have a healthy-eating day, all! ππ·ππ·ππ·ππ·π

Good morning all. Slept fitfully last night. I think it was because I was so overtired. This too shall pass. I have a lot of time to rest up before I go to the dentist. My appointment isn't until 2 p.m. For that I'm grateful. Cathy great goals for today. This covid-19 has all of us on high alert. I try not to dwell on it...but it's still there.
MJ yeah to having a laid back (for you) day Wishing AWF a pleasant and OP day.

Good morning. Thanks for starting us June Enjoy the STROLL Bee Ann - Hope the dental appointment goes well Audrey - That will be such a nice surprise for Nora! Enjoy your mani/pedi Cathy - When I stopped at the supermarket Sunday afternoon, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels were virtually out of stock. Good luck with your list and your reviews. MJ - At least these aren't last minute requests. Yes yesterday was beautiful. Not as nice today but good enough. I'm in, planned and tracked. Between my Misfits box and some prep work, I am in good shape for the week. Stephen is finally home. He was waiting for the oxygen company. One step at a time. Prayers for all.

Good morning
susi Happy to hear that Stephen is now home. Hope that his oxygen unit arrives quickly and he can be comfortable among in his own space. Goosthat you have your refrigerator stocked & misfit produce ton hand.
Ann Here's to relaxing before the dental appt. Very hopeful that your crown easily fits into place.
Audrey How kind of your acquaintance to make a special appearance in his Capt's uniform for the birthday girl. Has she ever seen the tall ship which he commands? They are so majestic. Years ago we saw the Cutty Sark in the U.K., the replica Nina, and more recently the three replica ships at Jamestown.
Bee Stroll with the best 'em. Becky Thinking of you and praying for you & Kenneth. Hope that the weather is not too hot and you can enjoy the day.
Cathy Whew. . . You have a busy work day ahead of you. Good to keep sight of your health goals even on a hectic day.
I understand that your DH wants to prepare for disruptions caused by Covid-19. He probably would feel better if he could take some action.
Mj Geez. . . If I had known that you were washing cars. . . I picked up sticks and R went for awalk yesterday. Enjoy your light duties as taxi driver extraordinaire and your chair yoga.

Tuesday's goals Sip another cup of tea in a few minutes. Decide what paperwork to tackle. Yesterday I waded through medical issue for R's nerve surgery & made calls. R must have had a restless night, because he is asleep now. Hope that he did not aggravate his neck or elbow. Will ask. He is up and heading for thecoffe pot.
Blue Dot goals. Eat three meals or mini meals rather than two. I grazed all night. Stayed in the Blue Dot zone, but I ate b/c of emotional issues, not physical hunger.
