Good morning.
This thread is for anyone that has been away from healthy eating, had a gain and is recommitting. We accept all forms of healthy eating here, whatever that means to you. We touch base daily for accountability and to encourage one another. This is a judgment free zone.
We all struggle to get the weight off and keep it off. Sometimes this is a challenge, but we never give up and that is the key. Regardless of our situation or where we are in reaching our goal, we count on talking to each other every day and are blessed to have one another as friends.
Feel free to jump in and join us. All are welcome here.
Our motto is persistence, not perfection.

Good morning everyone.
As of today, I am supposed to start working from home until further notice. I am in the office this morning to get a few things done and then I will be packing everything up and taking it home to set up to work there. I am not thrilled with the idea, as I can get so much more accomplished at work than I can from home. I will make it work the best that I can.
The trip with my sister, is down toward the coast of NC in a small town just outside of Jacksonville, NC. I talked to her last night and we are planning on making the trip unless there is some sort of ban put on traveling. It is only a 3 hour drive for each of us. If I make any stops along the way, I will wash my hands well when I leave and I have hand sanitizer that I am taking with me. We are staying in the house that my mom grew up in. It stays empty for the most part and it will just be us and my mom's sisters there. My mom's oldest sister (in her 70s) has decided to not go with us and I completely understand.
Hope everyone is doing well.

Hello Everyone...as someone said, "This will be a St Patrick's Day to remember." How are you all doing? I am in my gym clothes and will find a YouTube exercise video to follow... I'll let you know how that goes - ha!
Jana - make sure you get everything you need...unlike Janet who was rushed and didn't have time to get everything. How many aunts do you have going? Be safe and have a wonderful time with your DS and DAs.
Waving to everyone...bbl

Happy Saint Patrick's Day! I feel like I haven't accomplished a whole lot but I finished two trainings one today and one yesterday. I updated some of my observations but need to think back on a few more to add. I have tried to do the work in the morning and then go out in the afternoon. Today was kind of rainy and yucky anyway. I'd like to copy some of my tax papers and drop them off to the tax place where I have been going. They are checking their mail dropbox and not doing it in person. Then they will mail the forms back to me.That part they have been doing anyway in the past. The gym is now closed. I went to the liquor store yesterday because they were saying they were going to close for at least 2 weeks. Who knows when they reopen if they will have what I need for Passover. Even that may or may not happen maybe at least my sister's friend maybe. Still too early for her to make that decision yet. It was busy in there tho. I bought myself some of those small mini bottles of Bailey's Irish Creme..Mmmm! Maybe I will celebrate in St. Patrick's honor. I don't celebrate it really but maybe tonite. Lol. Jana, I hope you get everything you need. I hope that your trip will go smoothly and you enjoy it. Have a great day.

Susie my mom had 4 sisters. Everyone will be there except her oldest sister. Her youngest sister is 2 1/2 years older than me.
I have everything set up at home to work. It took 2 trips to my office because I forgot things. I still didn't get copy paper.

Got out for a bit to drop off my taxes. I stopped at a copy shop for a few minutes. My friend told me that most of the Passover things were gone at the store near her. I was on my way home and decided to see if they had any of the large 5 lb boxes. I usually buy that because they charge almost 3.00 for one box and I usually share some with my sisters as well and I only paid 5.00 for 5. They had it but no toilet paper.

Happy St. Patrick's Day,
Things are nuts. Work is mentally and physically exhausting, and escalating. We were able to get some test kits, and started doing a select few, because we have such a limited supply. Ideally, we would be able to test pretty much everyone. The turnaround time is 4 days (the current test has to grow the organism, which usually takes a minimum of 48 hours, after they have the specimen and start the test.) It is what it is. Most citizens are doing the best they can, and are all in it together, to some extent. The hope is that by limiting interaction, and practicing "social distancing", the spread of this will slow down just enough to be able to keep hospitals and health car providers from being completely overwhelmed. It will continue to spread, but if we get hit all at once like Italy, we will be in trouble - health care wise. Or as I've been hearing, we are trying to flatten the curve! The phrase of the year...
I sure hope everyone is doing ok and dealing with things as they come. It seems like at work and also on the news, things are changing constantly! We are learning new things about this thing all day long.
Jana, I hope you are able to get your work done from home. It is hard to do everything away from the office, I imagine. The trip sounds like a good getaway. And something you need. Susie, I hope you get a good workout! I have pulled out some of my tapes that worked well for me in the past. I do them up in my loft, and it is definitely better than nothing. I hope you guys are doing good! Well, I am going to get stuff ready for work tomorrow. I think that unless someone in the office gets sick, there's no way we are closing. At least not yet. I'm going to pack something for lunch too. We are supposed to have a drug rep lunch, but I wouldn't be surprised if that gets cancelled. I hope everyone is laying low, and doing fine, and we will ride this thing out! I'll be back tomorrow...waving to all.

Janet, I forgot to mention that the Bailey's sounds mighty tasty right now! If our liquor store decides to close for a couple of weeks, I might stock up on something!
