Winter can be a difficult time to motivate yourself to exercise when perhaps all you want to do is hibernate on your sofa till Spring. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

Amy, I'm sorry that Nutri-system is not working out for you. Are you just going to go back to points/calories?
I'm working from home again today thanks to tons of snow and wind. I'd But I see how the roads look this afternoon!

So windy here today. Walking inside. Did 1 mile on the TM and then 5 mile WATP

I am up to 8,000 steps. I was eating all the muffins and throwing up. Sent back 5 boxes, Gave my rest to the manager in the building. going back to points and calories. The only thing good about nutrisystem is shakes 130 calories ad 300 grams of calcium. 4 points. I ordered 28 shakes. i use one of theirs and a WW smoothie for 6 points total and 900 grams of calcium. 1856 calories and 40 points with 10,000 steps.I am much more satisfied. today. Both chocolate. Lots of protein and whole grains. pumpkin for zero points and with slender and cinam9n it's good. 2 servings if pumpkin and 2 apps 4 tuna sandwiches and 5 sucks if Healthy Life and 5 tablespoons of peanut butter 2 eggs in morning.for 1865 calories a good amount for me to lose slowly. i go woodchopping tomorrow
