Monday 3/30: 121.6 Lost remaining surgery bloat and only weighing once a week until swelling from knee goes away. It’s better but could have swelling for at least 3 months.

borntexan, I hope your pain level is not too terrible.  Monday, March 30: 123.2 - up 1.2 lbs. I was getting rather low, so this is fine.

Thanks lani. At the beginning it was really painful but it gets better except the nights that home health PT has been here during the day but he does warn me I will feel it on those nights.I got a really good session in today.It's harder because I have to train the new knee(made of metal and plastic)that I have muscles behind it.I am glad I had it done before COVID-19 though because now I could not have it done. |

Tuesday, March 31: 122.8 - down 0.4 lb. A bit of a silver lining to the Covid thing: I have reached out to just about everyone, including folks I haven't touched base with in a while, and eveyone is fine. It helps to know they are all OK, so far. |
