Winter can be a difficult time to motivate yourself to exercise when perhaps all you want to do is hibernate on your sofa till Spring. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

i woke up early in 6 hours go foodshopping. with Katy. I ordered nutrisystem turbo shakes because they are 4 points 130 calories and also ww smoothie or 2 points and 80 calories give me my calcium and lots of protein. get the ww smoothie at WW.I love my breakfast now 2 eggs I make them scrambled with water. And a WW smoothie and a lice of healthy life with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter..

I also cored and heated an apple cut up in microwave. just now and ate it. I am only eating 9 slices of Healthy Lie now, that is 4 1/2 breads. Whole wheat and whole grain.

Amy thanks for the start. Sorry the muffins were making you sick. I never thought to put water in my scrambled eggs! Thanks for the tip.

Brenda we got around 30 inches, I think, of snow. I'm so lucky that Susan did the shoveling! I seem to be sick again! I don't know if I keep picking up a new bug or the same one just keeps on flaring up. It's a bleeping nuisance!
I only walked a mile on the TM yesterday. So far I did the same this morning but am hoping to do more later today -maybe. Or I might go home sick and just go to bed. I'm not that sick but coughing just hard enough that my head and tummy are a little achy.
Brenda, WTG with your steps yesterday, I bet you do need new shoes!
