Ann That news males the virus more "present." Will continue to pray for you, Carl, and now Athol. The county wher zI dork has the highest number of deaths in Oh. Becky That you were able to gave your surgery was also one of my March highlights. Was so grateful that you were two weeks into your healing process before life went really south. Did my heart good. Yay-- you get your bandage off tomrrow & can ditch the compression socks. Another big step forward.
Othe blessing were that my GN had pneumonia but not Covid-19 and my Niece's DH had a successful surgery.
Susi I can not anything about your DB. Mine follows the fake news line of thinking-- it's all overkill. We are all put at greater risk. But I tell myself that my compliance helps.
Mj That was a beautiful parade and proud moment.
LaDonna Laken so loving to offer to move out. The pup & R Jr's visit are also high points.
Pam Good that you are looking to the beauty that surrounds. Glad that you had your eye operation when you did!

I will KOKO. I told Laura I would get all the office bills ready for mailing. She may drop everything off at my house. I will walk, eat mindfully and hydrate. Dinner is grilled balsamic steak tips with a vegetable and salad. Iām going to look at Instacart to see if it will work for us.

I will think before I eat, write down what I do eat, remain positive
Last night I went to bed at 11pm. I was plumb tuckered out. The night before was 2am and the night before that was 4am. I needed a good night of sleep and slept till 8 this morning. I am rested and ready for the day. I have done a load of dishes in the dishwasher, done the pots and pans, made some soup and will unload the dishwasher then was the plastic storage containers later today. It will be a good day!
I read on Facebook that a roommate of mine (one I was a bridesmaid for) lost her husband to covid-19. He got it three days before she did. I am waiting to hear how she is doing. It is getting closer every day!
ANN: Sorry to hear that covid-19 is encroaching.
JUNE: I am glad your software for work is functioning well. My daughter says in Missouri it is NOT working as it should and that the university has offered students pass/fail for this semester instead of grades. My daughter tilled the land, is amending it and has started planting. I hope the deer don't eat it all! Glad you are settled in and doing well as you create your new normal. Your mention of ice cream had me wondering how I could make some...or something similar. It is really too cold for ice cream today so I am safe!
LADONNA: Seeing Lucy with her pink leash makes me smile Your story about her and the water bowl made me laugh out loud. How wonderful to have her there to bring some joy and humor into your lives...along with some cleaning up after her Love your March Memories!
MJ: I hope you are enjoying this downtime without the scheduling and all that you were doing before. I am sorry your neighbor's child has fragile lungs and has to stay inside.
BEE: Hope you feel better and stronger!
SUSI: My friend in the nearby village is about forty and I met her in a small shop when we were both buying wine. I like her, invited her to our Wednesday cards and lucn and eventually she joined us. I am so glad I reached out and talked to her that day! My daughter is glad, too, that Inna is coming and she said she picked up groceries for herself and a retired professor then dropped them off and they chatted a distance apart and she thought of Inna and I doing then same when she brings me groceries. I told Inna and that made her happy, too. Oh MY!! to your brother's poker party!
PAM: So good to see you so positive and planning for a positive future!
BECKY: Glad you are still able to get the items you need and are taking precautions for you and your husband to stay safe. My BIL was doing well yesterday - eager to see how he did yesterday. There is a curfew at night in Lebanon...can't remember what the hours are. They are also ticketing people that are out walking in the cities, etc. I hope the pain will be better when the bandage comes off.
AUDREY: I hope instacart (whatever it is) works for you
MARCH POSITIVE MEMORIES: Inna bringing groceries twice and tucking wine into one of those deliveries & chatting on Zoom with my sister.

Good goal June. Bee - Prayers back at you Becky - Glad you can get the bandage off. Hopefully ditch the stockings soon. Audrey - Stay safe and enjoy your dinner Ann - Hope you and Carl remain safe. Great memories for March Cathy. Yes, my brother is an idiot. So sorry about your friend's husband. LaDonna - Ah, to have a puppy again. How old do they think Lucy is? Prayers that we all make it through this. I'm in. I'm going into work for a few hours this morning and picking up Cheryl's laundry. I will wear gloves, put it in the back of my car, empty it straight into the washer as well as what I am wearing, dispose of the bag immediately and disinfect my car and take a shower. There have been no reported cases at her nursing home but I will limit my chances.

Audrey Dinner sounds delicious. Did you fix the envelop feature on your printer or do you have to hand write the information? Enjoy your walk.
Ann Hoping that your day includes a pleasant walk or two. Did you sleep well?
Bee Good to start the day with a positive "note to self." Thx for the prayers! Am keeping you & yours inmine.
Becky Big day for you! Am Happy for all your progress.
Cathy Ahh. . . Nothing like a good night's sleep. Had been keeping those kind of hours since the big switcheroo at the university. Glad that I told myself that enough was enough.
Wonder what software your daughter's school was using. BLackboard was already in place at mine. I just had to try to learn enough of how it works to get by. A pass/fail system sounds like a kindness to everyone involved. I likely have taken too much to heart the idea that the online work should be substantive.
So sorry to hear about your college roommate and her DH. Will add her and her family to my prayers.
My area is a hot spot for cases and deaths. We are a major problem conduit for traffic, adjacent to a state that was slow to mandate public safety measures, and next to a city & rural area. In the city & rural area there are pockets of population that disregard authority & medical experts. Ugh! Both ofyour "fav" March memories were keepers. Loved hearing them.

Susi In some way I can see the sense of your brother's defiance. That he had friends who joined him. . . I can see that too. On the other hand, I think he should not have put the general population at risk.
ThenI talk myself around to thinking about how many of us are "warriors" fighting this each day with our decisions & sacrifices. There needs to be a number on a screen showing how many lives would have been loss wIthout the public safety measures.
It will cost Cheryl some $$,but the nursing home can send out her laundry. Staff have permanent markers to label her clothes.
I want to send my mom a car every package. But I am not, because I do not want to add to the staff's exposure.

June - They don't send out laundry. They do it in house and they are notorious for losing it.

Susi
Apologies! I should have figured as much. That's too bad. Glad to here that you have a vigilant santitation process in place afterwards. The laundry service at mom's facility also loses clothes. But I do not think that they have misplaced any of mom's.
Ann We have spring flowers and gentle breezes to enjoy. That's something.
