Day 35 Get Ready to Weigh In
This is another day about getting ready to weigh in. We’ve been through this a number of times during the review plus a lot of us have years of experience monitoring our weight.
Have you gotten to the point where your scale number is just that, a number with no emotional or judgmental baggage?

I still react to the scale number whatever it is. I still get elated if it goes down, happy if it stays the same, and concerned if it goes up. It doesn't get to me too much though. I use it as information to decide how I do the plan.

I weigh daily and usually know why I am up or down and don't worry about it too much. I know what I need to do to get the weight off but am still having trouble getting my mojo on to do it again.
