The freezers are done. Not only that, the upstairs freezer (the top-of-fridge one) is washed down thoroughly.
We have plenty'Nuff of most things (how's THAT for a neutral statement!?). There are bags of frozen veg and lots of "kid food" that is new and will hold until the horde of locusts descends again. Toots has PLENTY of his Breyers Chocolate Chip ice cream. There's enough pork for 7 meals (planning the L/O) and chicken for at least 4 meals (not including potential L/O). That doesn't include the 10.5 pound hickory-smoked ham in the fridge for Easter. Nor the portion-controlled baggies of sauteed ground turkey.
PLUS we identified four L/O meals that we've decided to use up this week, "just to say that we did".
This project's been hanging around in my head for a while but, like the old song, "I Can't Get Started". Now it's DONE.

LaDonna, I think that my appetite has diminished because I am eating none of the triggers that keep it at a fast pace. Artificial sweeteners, sugars, cookies or cakes. I have basically been almost keto lately.

We are back home safe (I pray) and sound after stopping at Tractor Supply Walmart and Hannaford's. They were all busy, but luckily not over the top. People most definitely kept their distance and most had face masks on. Two items that were not available were rubbing alcohol and powdered milk. Service Pro is here again cleaning under the house. Happy that R is involved with an outdoor project Men I think have a more difficult time being held under 'house arrest'. After a few more posts, I must assess the Visa card damages Take care

MJ so nice that you have that freezer all straightened out. Mine is lookin' good as well. I'll just have to keep Carl from going 'in there' and messing things up!
Bee happy that you are enjoying Keto. I never looked into it, but know a lot of folks that swear by it.

Lucy is asleep at my feet and I'm scared to move LOL I've eaten healthy so far this day and that will continue. I've only managed to get some personal paper work done and make a few phone calls. I'm trying to set up my two appts with cardiothoracic surgeons.
MJ, yay on getting the job done...always feels good!
Bee, I've heard good things about Keto.
Ann, glad you were able to get in quick and physical distance from the other shoppers. I so agree about the men being stuck at home. I handle it much better than Randy. Although he is working some. He has one other fellow he works with and they are building a deck today. He also went to Lowes earlier today but said he wore a mask.
June, thanks, I'll have to ck out Dr. Acton -
MJ and June, be careful with the ZOOM Our school district quit using due to security concerns. I don't know what the concerns were but for some reason they quit with it.

It's not that I am doing keto, I said I am almost keto --- IMO --- as to the way I have been eating.
I've never checked the keto diet out. I am just presuming from the bits and pieces I have heard.

I had a Zoom meeting at 10 a.m. and it took 6 people about 30 minutes to figure out how to get on. One never did but we could hear her through speaker phone. I need to get some things done now including a walk so I will be back later after I have read the posts.

Audrey, it took me longer than that to figure the on-line ordering out.
Okay, so today I am trying to order on line. If I am not here tomorrow it is because I have beat my brains out over this. BUT a funny thing did happen ---
I must have tried to order the most dangerous thing at the grocery store, They said I could only order 2.
Lesueur Very Young Small Sweet Peas --- 50% less sodium. I was gobsmacked as Cathy and my friend from England say. LOL
... on to other adventures ...

Lol to Lucy being asleep at your feet. Hope you get your appointments set up. Bee I read where keto is less carbs. I try to limit them. Easier said than done. I rarely keep sweets in the house. Carl is pretty good at keeping them hidden. I prefer nuts chips and especially crackers. I also heard about zoom not being safe. Don't know much about that sort of thing so will keep my mouth shut lol. Something about hackers and the FBI getting involved. People have little to do with their time and energy. I think with men they don't like things they can't protect or control. Service Pro is done with the cleaning and will be back Wednesday to pick up the fans. Then I'll get my dryer back All these little things we take for granted until they are taken away from us. Still no wind. Mustering up the energy to go for a walk. Take care all.

Bee, I think all stores are limiting items to two. When I did my last walmart order I wanted to pu several packs of the Tuna but could only get two.
Audrey, technology can be so frustrating sometimes.
Ann, you are so right. We get so used to our modern conveniences. Glad all is progressing well with your situation.

I'm glad R was willing to walk and play yesterday and has a project. Sorry your allergies are annoying LaDonna. Puppies are a lot of work! MJ - Glad the kids sent pictures to keep you connected. Glad you are enjoying the different meetings and will have a zoom meeting with your breakfast club. I know this is very upsetting Ann, but at least things are getting taken care of. After work it was so nice that I mowed the lawn and did more weeding. I need to go in tomorrow as I need to do a lot of copying for the PPP portion of the CARE Act. And again on Thursday to distribute payroll. The rest I will do from home. I will do one short food run on Friday hopefully. I am making a list as I go along based on the aisles. I have a makeshift cloth mask, gloves and wipes in the car and as much as I hate one use plastic bags, I will use them for safety reasons.

I will do one short food run on Friday hopefully. As Toots reminded me, it's still The Week Before Easter (to add to the fun at the grocery store). I wanted to wait until Thursday-ish and he's pushing for tomorrow.

LaDonna I hope you can enjoy your spring break and get outside some.
Cathy I too don't understand why people go to grocery stores just to be out.Our grocery store and our Walmart have both stressed they are open for business and not a place to hang out.We only go when we actually need groceries.I don't know if he will give me a list or not since he gets them off his tablet.I try to do the ones I remember on the days he isn't here.
Susi It turned out to be a busy enough day for sure.Since the temp was so mild we did another walk to our road gate and back while PT was here.I am glad you are off Friday.
Ann Glad you slept well. Between HEB and WM I did find almost everything on the list. The other things seem to be out for awhile so won't bother about them.
June We were able to get in and out quickly in both stores.HEB didn't have a line when we got there but I always come out before Kenneth checks out so I'm not hanging around in there and there was a line then. Both places also limit number of people in the store at a time.HEB has done that for 2 weeks already and WM started on Saturday. It's gone pretty well.I'm glad R was willing to do something than leave the TV on.
