This thread was started before the dawn of time by Amazons who needed to compare their stats with other Amazons. Over time it grew into a community of incredible women who try to keep their spirits in the clouds and their feet on the ground, moving toward health. Most of us start at 5'7 and go up from there, from young singles to wise and lively elders of the tribe. We welcome newcomers who are willing to be kind and share a bit of their lives.

Good Morning~
Had a bunch of errands yesterday. One was a Health Training Information Session. Talked with the leader after and I am keeping fingers crossed. Pedometer said 8700 steps when I went to bed.
Easy dinner last night. Baked potatoes w/ fixings. Tonight is a recipe from Cooking Light March, 2016 - Ground Beef with Pasta Casserole.
Today will go to my kick in the butt WW meeting and stop at library on way home. Have lots to return and at least 1 to pick up.
Hope all have a great day!
HUGS~ martha

Hello everyone. I've been the way I'm assuming is with Nancy: free time becoming non existent between grands and keeping up.
I have two little ones today. Then ms k is going to Kansas City to see other GPs and go to ikea to get displays for their expanded yet again baby store. I will have SBJ tomorrow and will go to my neighboring city to get my weeks baby chick's.
This weekend I'm due to hatch my Ayam Cemani eggs. I'm really looking forward to this experience. You should Google them. They are really unusual chickens and DH says like emus. I even passing fad

Hi CaTs, Martha and Linda. Traveling day, headed south. Almost thru PA now. We are loaded w stuff to deliver DM to DSis but not until Saturday. It will be good to arrive tonight. Sunny and dry travel. World's better than the winter crap we left. Supposed to be flurries all weekend.
Martha, I hope your conversation leads to something positive. Love your library trips - there's nothing like being in a good book. I've had one but only move forward on it at bedtime.
Linda, what a great business they must have to keep expanding. That's great. If your chickens are like those you posted on fb, I can't wait to watch your progress w them and see pics. Very different and cool. I'll google them.
Waves to the dedicated and reading kitties, must get off phone for now.

Hello Cats, I'm focusing on tracking daily and budgeting those points. Someone said on one of those WW videos that she thinks of Smarty Points as dollars. Which then equates to: I have $30 points to spend/day, plus an extra $42 if I see something I really want. Honestly, by putting the points into the dollar perspective works for me. Do I want a piece of cake for $15 or something else for $5.
What else? I just got off TM. I think I'll head back to Target to make a quick exchange and then shower later. Dinner isn't that exciting. Turkey breast and some veggies.
