Evening all....picked Jason up at the garage, got home and my 2nd diffuser stand arrived so got that set up in the bedroom!! Looks so pretty and organized!! ā„ā„
Not sure I mentioned but this has not been the week for the Moul household car situation...my CR-V is fine but besides the gas tank issue with the Corolla that we just dropped off, Jason went to take the van on Monday and the rear passenger side tire was FLAT...not just low but down to the rim flat!! He took the tire off only to find a slit on the inside of the tire, likely dry rot....the tires are 7+ years old and he knew he was on borrowed time but was hoping to get one more summer out of them and then get 2 new ones this fall before the winter came and he could put the new ones on the front for winter! Well, yesterday he took it to the tire place and $240 later we have two new tires on the van!! We are hoping the fix to the Corolla won't be too expensive...Jason told the guy to call when the knew what it was and give him a "ball park" price....the car has 200k miles on it and is a 1999 so we don't want to put a lot of $$ in it but it would be worth a couple hundred dollars to get a couple more years out of it!!
Christine...thanks for the water reminder...I actually did really well with my water today!! Sorry for the ugly WI...you can get back on track...maybe now with Linds home it will be easier to keep accountable!! Thankfully no snow flakes here...it was VERY cold this morning but now it's low 50's and sunny, winds are almost gone so it's a perfect spring day....just a little below normal for temps! Supposed to be another cold night and not out of the 40's tomorrow then RAIN RAIN RAIN all weekend long...miserable!!
WTG Linds....4# down for week #1 is awesome! Especially with Easter in there!! What plan is Linds doing and which are you doing?? I know someone on the thread was doing purple but can't keep all of you straight! Hopefully you will "catch" her motivation and get back on track!!
YAY for the 2nd wind and making dinner!! Sounds like you have already started to get prepped and organized for OP meals this coming week!! Bummer the Google Classroom roll-out didn't go as smoothly as everyone hoped! Fingers crossed the IT guys get it figured out and everyone is up and running next week!! Glad you didn't have to go hand out packets...seems Queen Bee needed to do something so let her handle it! Sounds like the list you sent the Prince was very thorough for sure....LOL, seem Queen Bee does NOT have a handle on her job as she had to email you about the angry K mom....just makes me giggle...she wanted the job and now she doesn't know what to do...
Yes Christine and Gabrielle...I'm always a note taker in meetings too....I like to have my ducks in a row and know who did or said what....guess for me it's kind of CYA..... No Christine...you don't sound like the Grinch...I would be frustrated with all the calls that are full or distractions and chatting....it's a waste of time in my eyes....I'm not one that does well with meetings that drag on and on and frequently off topic....thankfully any meetings I have to attend at work have an agenda and the people that usually run them are like me...get to business, get to the point and be done!!
Glad you liked my title Christine...while I don't deal with added frustrations of working from home, I know that I often need to just step away from my desk and "walk it off".....since many of you are at home and don't have the building/office to walk around, head to the break room/cafe, etc....seems like a "walk to clear your head" every so often would be much needed!
Christine/Carole...I heard this morning that most of the East Coast states from PA up to MA the governors are working together to to get a plan to gradually reopen and watch to see what happens with new cases/deaths as we gradually move back to "normal"!
