Winter can be a difficult time to motivate yourself to exercise when perhaps all you want to do is hibernate on your sofa till Spring. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

Good morning! I made it to the gym this morning for the 5:45am spinning class but it was tough. This cold, while minor, has me dragged down. I'm debating on going home sick so I can spend a day in bed? We'll see!
Tomorrow is another St. Paddy's day parade, this time in Camden, NY. Temps only in 30s plus strong possibility of snow and snow/rain mix. Arg!

Deb Finally it is getting aittke warmer but they said after Monday 50 it will cool down again, Been kid temps s far for a while, I am dragging inspection of our floor today. I want it soon. I am so anxious. I hope i can stick to my plan now. I went woodchopping so have al the food I need, I remised Katy I would have have caffeinated in the early part if the day and have rooter for the rest T NOON.

I did nt want t oreoare fid as they were inspecting sis I got hungry. I just had 1 sauce and peanut butter half a smack can if tuna and a sauce and a smoothie I am satisfied. I eat one smack can a day

i am not buying the smoothies too expensive diet cocoa for 75 calories for 3 portions and 2 points. Maybe not protein but 900 milligrams of calcium.
