Christine...glad you got to sleep in a bit this morning...I know you haven't slept the best lately and having another restless night of tossing and turning didn't help! Hopefully the extra time helped a little bit. I had about an hour of "fitful" sleep after I got up to pee about 2:15 but thankfully did fall back to sleep and overall I got a decent night's sleep! OOPS...guess the timing of your "sleeping in" wasn't a good one but at least you don't have to head to work and can just put on a nice shirt if it's a video chat!! Hopefully you got "enlightened" in spite of the Prince not sharing info!!
LOL Gabrielle...fasting bloodwork is the pits but at least when we have it we can have black coffee...while I miss my creamer, I can do black coffee w/o a problem! Can't believe how many ZOOM calls you have on a daily basis....glad they ended earlier yesterday!!
Well Gabrielle...all the furloughed people are off now through May 1st...guess we will find out more as the next couple weeks unfold!! PA hopes to have a "soft opening" of some businesses by early May but since Tuesday, our lowest "new cases" day, each day has gone up and up daily...yesterday added over 1700 new cases in the state and deaths are still around 50, give or take a little each day...NOT the time to even think about lifting the "stay at home"!!
I saw and shared a meme earlier today and it hits the nail on the head....it said "Re-opening the economy " now is like not finishing your Rx of antibiotics because you're feeling a little better. I get that people are going stir crazy...we all are and some will handle the quarantine better than others but honestly, the nurse in me knows based on the trends we continue to see in PA...it is not time yet!!
OMG...I can't wait to hear the uproar on Monday when everyone gets back to work and has to wear a mask and have their temp taken....I did get a couple masks today and it will be an adjustment as they make my glasses steam up...I'm hoping that if I'm sitting at my desk and no one is near I can pull it down and just have it up when I'm in the plant! We'll see???
Oh no Jo...hope whatever jumped on you doesn't last long!! Glad the temp is down this morning! Yes Jo...I too am happy at home but I don't think I could be disciplined enough to work from home all the time...especially in a few years when Jason retires and would be underfoot....it would not be good for me!! LOL! He's one that has to tell you something as soon as it pops in his head!
Jenny....sorry for the tough week!! I sure hope the WWOW and her antics haven't followed you to the new place.....glad you were "off the hook" on Monday. You are right....not sure why your boss needs a phone number or email for a cash sale??? But, do it to keep him happy and "off your back"!! You can do it...you are stronger and more determined than to let WWOW or the new boss to bring you down! YUP...take every step you can get my going in and out! Just roll with it and I know that COVID-19 has made many "lose their minds"!! See you tomorrow!! Can't wait to visit again!
Jo....since my hair has been long I have had to deal with the extra length in order to donate and still be able to get a pony-tail come summer! Will say as I walk around Sheridan and see people who are in need of haircuts I'm grateful that if I have to wear mine in a ponytail or messy bun for the next 2-3 months...it's OK! Honestly, I don't notice anyone's gray...it's funny, my family has never been ones to color their hair, some gray early, like my DC Jane...she is my age and has been gray for 15+ years and I still have none....Jane is like Gram who was white my entire life and I was born when she was 53 when I was born and had been white apparently for 10 years already....others, like my dad who is like Gramp who was was maybe 40-50% gray when he died at 90!! There is no one in my family that colors for gray....have to laugh, Gram always said "God made us perfect, just the way we are".....guess we trusted her faith even if ours waivered!

Jo....do they still have the packets of Thieves cleaner in the starter kit?? When I got mine it had 2 packets under the 10 oils....you found the Stress Away, roller ball filament, packets of Ningxia and the packets of Thieves. I will say that sometimes when I first started using oils and the other supplements and items I tried the price had me wondering if "going clean" was worth it but over the last 20+ months I have been price checking what I have paid for many things and because YL products are so concentrated and there are so many easy DIY versions of things like chapstick, Ben-Gay, hand sanitizer it truly is cost effective to use....one bottle of Thieves cleaner will last a long time at 1 cap for a 16 ounce spray bottle!
YAY CAROLE...glad you got into my theme of the day!! Yay for moving more! I'm sure Jeff will be very appreciative of what you take care of before he arrives! Sorry Carole....we had the winds yesterday and I must have sent them your way...it's pretty calm here today and chilly!! No rain so far but it's starting to get gloomy and it's supposed to rain over night and into the morning but then clear to "partly cloudy"....still way too much rain in the 10 day forecast for me but we all know that can change!
We had our struggles with internet years ago when Comcast first came out our way...it was our only option...over the years it has gotten better and honestly can't complain...not sure if there are other options out here now or not....we are so far "out of town" that we too are limited. That's why we started with AT&T....that was not only the best "family plan" when we added the girls' cell phones but also the best reception out here in "boony-ville"!!!
Carole...ask Sarah how many dryer balls to throw in and what oils she uses....I'm kind of of the mindset that the oils are the preference of the smell you want for your laundry....will say, I'm a Citrus Fresh lover so when I break mine out there will be a bottle of CF and probably Purification on the dryer....Purification is a clean smell!! Not a huge "flowery" scent person but I will likely have a few options on top of the dryer for each load!
Yes...not at all excited about wearing a mask starting Monday, Jason isn't either but we both said if it became the "rule"....we would comply! I was surprised how many at Walmart today that did not have them on...but I will say everyone was very respectful of "space" between customers and a few times when I stayed at the end of an aisle to let someone pass they said thank you! Yes...I am trying to look forward to my "short day" Fridays but still annoyed I am using vacation to just "sit at home"!
Yes...I get it...come summer when everyone could be getting back to normal and being able to do things in "public" there will be a ton of vacation time that was cancelled in the spring that will need to be used....Sheridan has many LONG time employees that have 4, 5, 6 weeks of vacation and when they are off there will be a need often to cover with OT...after coming off the decline of work, the last thing they need is OT....so, I will do my part and so far I have only used 3 days in 6 weeks.....I had already cancelled the 2 to go to Auburn and the 2 1/2 to go to TX in July so I still have days for CT over Labor Day if we are "free to travel" at that point and to head to NE over Christmas to see Hannah! Fingers crossed that still comes to pass!
Carole...remember, spring snows don't last long...sorry, that is not what you wanted to hear but when we get the occasional snow in March/April, I keep reminding myself it it NOT December and will not last long! I know Jason and I qualify for the stimulus checks since combined our AGI is less than the single amount of $75,000....but it's still frustrating to hear people say..."I got mine" and we are still waiting. I have not figured out the pattern with which they are issuing??? Alphabetical, by SS#...who knows but I know we will eventually get ours and as I said it will just go into the "car payment" account for later! WOW, I'm sure the bank was not ready for all the "manual" checks they had to deal with....don't envy banks!
ARE YOU KIDDING CAROLE.... why would Crystal say no to the offer of help and then ask for it!! Glad you said something....that is just unfair to you or anyone that ended up helping her!!
So proud of you Carole walking around EVERYTHING in your house to get the 250 steps while waiting for your tea water to reheat!! Way to get fit!! Sounds like me...I had my 8000 steps for the day by the time I got home from work and shopping but still was missing "dots" from 1-4pm so when I feel the reminder buzz on my wrist, I've been getting up and walking the "loop"...kitchen, LR, DR, kitchen, LR, DR, repeat...I've had a perfect 9 out of 9 week and don't want my Friday to bring it down!! LOL...yes, a bit OCD!! I know my weekends are hit or miss for both the 8k goal I have set and the 9 "dots" but I like to have a 9 out of 9 for the work week!

Carole...glad the phone appointment went well...yes, you do indeed have a lot on your mind these days, even w/o the quarantine....glad you got some validation! OK Carole...I think that you getting "docked" because of internet issues, especially when it is the bank's VPN network issues should be brought up...others are being paid to do nothing so those working need to at least be paid for a 40 hour week! I would definitely fight that one! If you don't get satisfaction when you bring it up....don't say anything and email your boss to log you out at the end of the day!! It's only fair and if you have to "play the game"....play it!
Finally caught up so going to relax until Jason gets home...not sure if he is still at work or went to the lot for a bit...tonight is a comfort supper..."grilled cheese and tomato soup" because I want it!!
Last dot...back in a minute....
I'm back...it's about 25 steps around the "loop" so 10 laps later I have all 9 dots and my week is complete!! I know, it doesn't matter but after 4 9 for 9 days, I can't let a 1/2 day ruin my "dots"!
Going to try and check in with David before Jason gets home....
See you all in the morning!

Sue: YAY for 1/2 day Friday's!! Yes, here too - when Tracy got to the store they too were counting as they went in... tapping on the IPads they had... We still have YET to try to hit Wal-Mart... I think I will check on the online ordering for pick up - see how it goes, just for "fun"! LOL HA! No my slider is 26 years old! The screen hasn't worked well for several years... but now that we have the patio instead of the deck, I want a bow window in it's place... went on line today and they set up a visit for an estimate next Wednesday! WHEW! That was quick! Since they can pretty much do the measuring and stuff from outside they can come and do an outside visit - with distancing - and get things started! IF This goes well, then I will have a real reason to repaint the dining room!
I am "open" to the counselor... I wish Karen hadn't retired! I did like going to see her... but hey - this guy? Who knows... maybe a man's perspective will be good for me! As for the meds... I am going to try a few days without them - Ken picked them up last night, but I am trying very hard to NOT need them! So today I went outside a few times, even though it was cold. I did move more than usual - I am at almost 3k steps! Trust me that is a big "step" as some days I barely make 2k!
Oh yes the Thieve's fruit and veggie soak... our strawberries really BURST with color after doing them... and the crud in the sink after the lettuce, celery, asparagus, peppers... everything... was kind of shocking! LOL Yes like 1 oz of Thieves F&V Cleaner to a gallon of water.
Oh Sue, my last blood work they told me coffee is no longer considered OK for "fasting"... I had already had mine but next year they said NO more coffee! UGH!!
Seriously though - we cannot keep up the quarantine until they have a vaccine... so we need to work towarsd moving forward! At some point no matter when you do it - there will be some ramifications IF people do not take the proper precautions... but seriously, how long do they think we can do this and still survive???!
Oh I know... our snow could easily be gone by noontime tomorrow - Tracy may be driving in it tonight to get to work, and coming home in it in the morning! I however, already have Zoë here so I don't have to go OUT in it at all!
Yeah... the sheer number of ACH checks (direct deposit) that rejected was phenomenal! I don't think we have EVER had that amount in one day since I have been in Operations! It was terrible! Hoping this Wednesday doesn't affect us as badly as Round 1!
I never really think of grilled cheese... maybe tomorrow for lunch! Tonight was hot dogs... not good for us - but Zoë is a picky eater... so I go with what I know will work for her! I did make a small potato salad for a change - used up my Easter eggs! LOL Also baked beans... oh well, had my water today - and salad = ZERO point lunch... if I were tracking today I might be OK even with my pointy dinner! LOL
Work day was OK... nothing left on my plate for Monday... oh and a twist to work! LOL I have 2 "upset" co-workers! I am LOL about it all!
So Aleta (my cubicle mate) has been redirected to go into the office starting Monday... but going to work in Commercial Lending! She will help get the paperwork done for the HUGE NUMBER of PPP loans they will be servicing for small business'! So with Aleta NOT doing her own work... Deb (who is in the office next week) will have to cover as her back up. Oh yes, Kaitlin and I also do a little of Aleta's work, but the bulk lands on Deb! LOL She is used to working every other week and not over-working at that! She is NOT a happy camper! Add to that it is supposed to be Debbie's week "off", but they are calling her in Tuesday through Friday... to do her own work so while the rest of us are covering Aleta, we don't have to cover Debbie too! SHE is NOT happy either! LOL I say WELCOME TO MY WORLD! I have worked every day since this crap started... so yeah... no sympathy here for them having to work now! The good news is... they get to go to the office! LOL While I am doing OK working at home... it would definitely be easier if I were at my own desk... so yeah... again... NO SYMPATHY HERE!! LOL
OK Time to think about heading upstairs. Need to get Zoë's bed ready, and I usually try to watch some of my DVD stuff before bed.

Hey all. Just woke up from the couch as I was trying to read to catch up. Sorry didn’t make it through.
My boss has been gone all week but I guess came back this evening. I thought maybe he might take a little more time off. Oh well it will be good. We’ve got the store looking better so I hope I’m ready for him.
Not sure what time I will get home tomorrow from work but if I get home in time I hope to be able to jump on the group call. I sent my info to Gabrielle. My email is sschroeder509@gmail.com. Is that all it goes by? Hope to see everyone tomorrow
Ok got to get some zzzz”s so off to bed I go.
