How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Yesterday Zumba ended up being cancelled. I walked laps in the room. Then I walked in walmart. I wove up and down almost all the aisles. Had 9k steps before noon! Today will be more of a challenge. Skipped the gym because I'm stressed out about all I have to do. Will walk some while running errands

I took car in early for oil change so skipped my a.m. walk on Tuesday. Rode bike to yoga for 50' and did yoga for 60'. Hope you are having fun with your daughter.
