Keep It Simple Silly, SUNDAY I am finding more time in the day now to TRACK and PLAN and this week I found less grazing in the Pantry...so there are some positive simple steps! Activity has been LOW...so that is something this week I can look to take on... Our Zoom call last night was SO nice! We need to get our Lisa here to join us!! Oh, and my internet 'froze' near the end there and suddenly Zoom wanted to 'Update'?!? really?? So that was that for me...but I really did enjoy our time together - DID I MISS ANYTHING at the end??

Yesterday was a good day over all -
Tummy issues continued through the morning so I made grilled cheese and tomato soup for lunch. That settled fine. Whew. But then I was so tired (probably lack of sleep from the darned cramping episode) so I tugged and pulled and manually reclined the end of the leather couch (it's supposed to recline but the straps are all broken - yep, it's OLD) and just read, watched a little TV, read, rested my eyes lol, and just stayed put ALL day. Ahhh - been a long time since able to do just that! The sun was out all day yesterday but still only 40 degrees out and cold. But at least the snow melted.
I made 'City Chicken' for dinner - it's basically poor folks Pork medallions baked. Back in the old days (Great Depression) the butchers would sell scraps of pork at LOW price and folks dressed it up and called it City Chicken. I'm thinking Chicken was more expensive back then? - you thread the pork tips onto a small stick, coat them in bread crumbs or Panko and bake! Actually very good lol DH loves it - I made mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli with it.
Watched a little Netflix with Linds last night - she loves a stand up comedian, John Mulaney? and got me laughing at his performance too.
I'm not sure why but man, early this morning when I woke, Gary woke too and asked innocently why was I up so early? I just snapped at him! WHY? Why was I already irritated first thing in the morning?? Guilt here... I think I honestly just needed some alone time - without taking care of anyone else's needs - not sure why I flew off the handle at him - yikes. No way to start the day!

Sue - such disappointing news about the car situation. So Jason will rely on the Van to drive to and from work? I guess it's good he did get those 2 new tires. But yes, that is hard to swallow when you think of the newer items you JUST put on a car - I remember the same with our Trax - I had to buy ONE new tire for it as I had hit a high curb once - and the Trax lease was up within 3 months. Ugh. Hoping today you have some SUNSHINE and warm temps - what will you do today? I think Linds is returning to her apartment today. I'll miss her! She's worried about her food she just stocked up on before Easter week - Gary keeps saying, "You know you can stay here!" as she has been a welcome addition around here But Carly's nerves are all bent out of shape as she has to share the house with another adult here - SHE's relieved Linds is returning for a bit LOL Too funny about Linds yelling at the Lacrosse boys yesterday! They really did stop - but we'll see for how long - Carole - today should be a much milder day weather wise for ya - if your area gets what we had previous day - Your ideas for sprucing up the house has inspired me to think, hmmm, which room can use a fresh coat of paint? Lindsey offered to help paint but we need to time it just right as it's hard enough stumbling around each other here with no escape - I think I'll wait a bit longer, maybe May, when Gary can at least escape the paint fumes and torn up room and sit on front porch while Linds and I paint the Family Room. I told him yesterday I want to paint it to get ready for our new furniture - we'll buy new FR furniture as soon as the stores reopen! He seemed fine with that idea - anyways, hoping today is a good Simple Sunday for you!

Gabrielle - enjoy your WW Virtual Meeting today! Hopefully the weather gets nicer for you too and you can find your runs more enjoyable outside. It's the little things that make a difference, right? Happy Birthday to your DS! Did he get the cupcakes?? I didn't realize it's been THAT long since you have seen each other - that is a long time! Is Kaitlin working from home now or does she report to her office/law firm?
Jo - Good job walking up and down your steep driveway! You gotta take the little victories here and there! Has work settled down yet for your DS Steven? I hope the store he's working at is a bit calmer!
Jenny - Hooray for returning to your 4 Day work schedule! I bet that's such a relief to have Mondays off - glad to hear someone here is getting good weather to enjoy your yard work! How's Kerry doing with his rehab? Does he participate in virtual doctor appointments? Are you guys still exploring plant-based meals more or do you mix it up a bit? I have tons of meat now and will be looking to recycle some recipes this week - I think I'll make Stuffed Green Peppers with ground turkey for dinner today - after that I may be needing a Plan!
Shelly - it was so good to see you able to visit with us yesterday! Enjoy sleeping in this morning - yes, WELL DESERVED and hopefully this Sunday will be a true day off for you!! The deep - cleaning can wait. Don't beat yourself up over it - you just had a horrendous stressful month at work with all those hours you were putting in - you NEED some down time.
Lisa - hoping you can check in and let us know how you are doing - we plan to set up another Zoom meeting with each other and would love to have you join us!

Slept IN (again) - OY VEY this has to STOP! Lots of things need to change around here starting tomorrow!
Christine - Thanks for starting us off this morning - YES K.I.S.S.!! Simple is my work of the day today! Starting with Ken heading to the store - for the supplies he "forgot" to get off my list! OY! Ya' give him a list, and he still doesn't get everything! Mostly need roller covers for my painting today... and joint compound to be able to "fix" some small holes in the walls! Nothing major - mostly screw holes from shelves being up and down...
Let me catch up last night and be back with more coffee ♥

Happy Sunday Christine and all to come...it's a beautiful spring morning here in Glenville...already 42°, bright sunshine and just a little breeze....perfect weather!! I know I won't see Jason all day once he rolls out of bed and gets done his usual Sunday morning routine...out he'll go for the whole day!!
Got my coffee to time to catch up what I missed yesterday afternoon!
Carole....glad you had a good Saturday...bummer about the WI but it can be turned around. You should be getting your warm sunshine today at some point if you don't have it already...by mid-afternoon yesterday it was beautiful here so that should be coming your way today!! I agree, gyms would be one of the last things to open I would think....open places where you can truly limit the number people in the space at any given time....salons can be one person at a time and gyms you can limit the number people to an extent but they you can't tell them where they can go once inside...I don't see PA opening too soon or too quickly....while the curve has flattened a bit with the rise in case I see the curve taking a "bump up" in the next day or so because people are getting restless! I will say places like Planet Fitness do have a lot of seniors because they can afford the $10/month and not the steep price of the private gyms like Gold's or Club 2000 around here....
Carole...was it a slider in the dining room when you moved into the house or did you and Ken put that in as a way to the yard/deck?? It's funny we replaced the big paneled picture window that did not open with a bay window shortly after we moved in...it has a casement window on either side to open and we have hated it for years....when we redo the front it will be a bank of 3-4 big double hung windows that can all be opened or one can be opened when it's really cold the main big pane in the center sweats and the sill and ledge are mildewed....can't wait to replace that!! The sweating makes the windows frames swell and hard to open so sometimes it takes two to open it, one to crank on the inside and one to pry open from the outside! I'm sure now they are all vinyl covered and not wood sashes so that would likely not happen as much but I can't wait to get rid of it for something that opens all the way....the two narrow casements are NOT near enough for the living room!! Better than what we had and the only reason we opted for the bay window was that the original was a bay style and Jason liked to put the plants on it....well, he'll have a green house so no need for that anymore!! I too also hate the fact it sticks out so far and the plants currently in the flower bed below it get squished under it...I want a porch across the front of the house when we renovate and don't want to take the space for a window!!
Yes, it is a sticky situation with Tyler, his GF, etc but like you said, Ken is at work and Tracy also had a co-worker sent home so who knows....glad you had a good day and Zoe could be that ray of sunshine!!
Good idea Carole to email HR and the president about the internet issues....they honestly should have taken that into consideration when choosing who should work from home and who could work at the bank....it doesn't always seem productive for you with the connectivity issues you are having with the banks connection/virtual desktop and your already spotty internet.
Sorry the psychologist was so "snitty" about Karen...glad you will still give him the chance...I honestly think that talking things through with an objective party will help you sort things out and deal with them to get past the feelings of sadness, negativity and depression. Hugs my friend! Remember that if this psychologist is NOT a "good fit" for you, there are others and maybe you just need someone else. I will say though that the guy I saw was very firm and did not let me "wiggle my way" around any issue and that is what I needed....he truly helped me and Jason a lot. I got "gently scolded" on more than one occasion for making excuses as to why things were the way they were and he quickly stopped the "pity party" and it was just what I needed!
Need more coffee...BRB!

Good morning! It was so great seeing everyone on the zoom call last night! Steven came over after work and scanned some pictures. We got as lot done. DH is impatient to get all the pictures scanned. I was going to work a little yesterday, just so I wasn't so far behind tomorrow but started this instead. DH went around and wiped everything down with a sanitizing wipe including my phone. You should have seen the dirt that came off my phone! Yuck. He said he would keep this up once a week until this is over. We will see how that goes. Nothing planned today except scanning more pictures.
Christine, thanks for starting us. It wass so good to see the girls and Colby. We ended the call about 830. I dont think you missed anything. Sorry you got bumped off. Steven said his store is still busy. He goes between produce and the front end. He can make really good guacamole now. The store showed him how. I know you'll miss Lindsey when she goes back to her apartment. It's so sad she will miss her college graduation. Same with Emilies high school graduation. My nephew in PGH graduated this year too. My sister a I planned a party at South park, she rented an in door pavilion but we dont know what will happen now.
Morning Carole, what room are you painting? Boy I have some rooms that need as good coat of paint.
I'll be back later. My hand is falling asleep typing on my phone.

Gabrielle: Yes you DO have a lot to chat with your Dr about... I agree, time to get some answers!!
Sue: Sorry the news isn't better about the car! I guess though you did get your $$ out of it! WOW... 200k miles?? LOL I can't WAIT to be a 2 car family! It will be "odd" to have another vehicle in the driveway - but it's time...
LOL We will re-coup the cost (if we go for it) when we sell... I am confident it will help sell the house - when the time comes!
Christine: I will keep my Kindle handy - and turned on! Mine is kind of loud as it starts up... but yes I too can change the lighting for reading - so I will have to think about that!
YES! Absolutely - take some Mondays or Fridays off to allow yourself a long weekend... use up those days... and I agree, a day of NOT working from home will help YOU!
UGH Yeah - that Queen Bee needs a good shaking! Of course so does DL and the Prince for putting her in a position she can't handle!
Hope the new doors work out for you... isn't it fun to be thinking of home projects?
Sue: YAY for not owing local taxes... we don't have those to do! Hmmm...but we are getting a small (VERY SMALL) refund from Federal... so may owe State? Apparently Ken's DB told him to hold off until the estate stuff is finished, but geeze at this rate - I'd like to just know they are done! We didn't receive anything from the estate in 2019, so not sure why he thinks we'd want to wait... apparently "our" Accountant is NOT working much due to COVID19... but quite frankly I don't think the rest of us should have to wait to file taxes because HE doesn't want to work!
Hmmm, very odd for a letter to be sent to your DM... maybe she misread something? Can't wait til you hear from DB Jim...
Tracy has made SEVERAL little plastic things that go behind people's heads... to wrap the elastic (of the mask) around, so it doesn't rest around ears.... she has sold a LOT to a friend who works in a hospital that has had a lot of COVID cases... If you need one - let me know!
Jo: Nice to SEE you last night! SO what's this walking App you signed up for?? Is it "motivation" to get moving??
Shelly: Awww, well, maybe it IS best the kids didn't come over... hope you are still sleeping in... {{{hugs}}}... nice to SEE you last night too! HA! I was right, I was saying Fort Dix!! WOO HOO! LOL
OH LOL Trust me I need to do DEEP cleaning too - that is NOT happening here... not now... I clean what I need to - and everything will be cleaned in the spare room as I paint the walls... This is really the best option - now I KNOW everything will get moved in or out - or thrown out or packed up... but will get Tracy's stuff OUT of that room! If I dodn't do the painting - I think some of her stuff would probably never leave the room! This way it has to be moved and a decision made as to where the HECK it will go!!

Jo...what is the walking app called??? Might be something I would use. Glad you got to join us last night...it was fun to add some new faces this week!!! Are you scanning pictures on a scanner onto a computer or on an app on your phone?? I have so many pictures it would be a daunting task to do it on the computer and our scanner is being stupid at the moment anyway!!
Yes...I think the Corolla will sell fairly quickly even with the repairs needed...if someone can do the work themselves it would be a great car and we are sad that it's just not practical for us to keep it any longer. We got a lot of good years out of....after all it is a 1999 and we got it when it was about a year old so we have driven it for 20 years!! It started as the car the girls shared when in HS, then when they got their own I drove and parked the van as we didn't need the van day to day, we just took that on road trips!! I drove it solely until I got my CR-V 5 years ago and then it became Jason's car.
Still waiting to hear from Kris....thought I might have gotten a call last evening shortly after the ZOOM call but nothing. Anxious to hear more details!
Shelly....so glad you got out of work early yesterday and could join us on the call!! Bummer the grands didn't visit but YAY for getting to sleep in!! Fort Dix is the army base that is with McGuire AFB in NJ.....a lot of AF and Army bases are combining these days and it's now called "Joint Base McGuire/Dix"...same thing happened in WA when when McChord AFB because "Joint Base Lewis/McChord"!! Not sure why they are doing it but it's happening a lot. I've been to McGuire/Dix several times when Shea was stationed there!
Yes...most of the stores around here have the sneeze guards in place now as well....when I was at the store on Friday, not all store employees were wearing masks but the majority were...as of midnight tonight, it will not be an option. As I said, not looking forward to it but it is the rules now in PA so I'll so what I must!! UGH!!
Yes, we are hoping to at least get the cost of the new tires on the Corolla covered...we checked the Kelley Blue Book value for a private sale and it's between $600-$1500 for a 1999 Corolla in "fair" condition.... I know we sold the Subaru on FB Marketplace and it sold quickly and we got a decent price for that so figure it we start at $1500 and say negotiable we should be OK!! Will need to make sure the place to transfer the titles are open so we can do it....will be glad to take that off our insurance....won't be much but every little bit helps!
I was shocked that a doctor would put that in a letter to anyone, never mind a woman my mother's age.....yes, explain you need her to call the office to discuss her recent blood work....hopefully Jimmy lets the doctor know that was NOT the appropriate way to handle the situation. As I said, the doctor could have called Jim and told him to have DM call the office! So annoying!

Christine: Going to be very SIMPLE here... leftovers for dinner, as we got more than we could eat last night! I have made a "menu" for the next several days... and I have salad and fruits prepped in the fridge. Except for using too many DISHES, I'd like to gather my foods, as if I were going to work... and know that is what I am eating during the day - not open any cabinets!! Tomorrow will be a definite challenge with Ken AND Tracy both here All.Day.Long.! Tracy doesn't work tomorrow night - so she will not be sleeping all day! I think I see a leisurely work day ahead for me! LOL
I will start working on activity today! With the painting - I know I will be "moving"... need to remember last year at this time, I was laid up with a bad back/leg, probably due to the bending I was doing while painting the bathroom - SO - today will be done differently! I HOPE!
Ahh, all of a sudden I saw you were GONE! LOL Thought Gary ended up using your internet... I was having trouble getting on to begin with... my tablet was not picking up the internet at all! LOL I don't think you missed anything...
Glad your day yesterday was a good one... even dealing with tummy issues!
Our SUN came out around 5:00 PM yesterday... meanwhile the snow/rain/sleet/CRAP had ended early on so it was drying up nicely even without the sunshine! Today is BEAUTIFUL! Already 42 degrees and sun shining strong... will open the windows in the spare room while I paint. I also will NOT paint the day away... I do want to be outside - in the yard... cleaning up a little so when Jeff comes back he has one less pile of "stuff" to work around!
Your pork tips sound yummy - glad DH liked them too.
Hmmm, yup... sounds like you may need some "space"... maybe a nice walk to day - ALONE - to clear your head? Not like you to be snappy with DH {{{hugs}}} ♥
What will Linds do at her apartment? I mean... with no job... no classes... no people... Is she basically going back to pack up to come home for the year anyway?? Ya' might need her to come home each week to keep those neighbor boys in line! LOL
YAY I can "inspire" someone! LOL I ended up in the spare room last night (3:30 AM) and laid there awake for about an hour - thinking how the room can be... the color scheme... finding and ordering new curtains... it does feel good to be looking forward to SOMETHING! I think I will put in for a vacation week in June... IF things have not lifted by then - A.) I think I will go bat-sh!t Crazy, and B.) I can cancel the time off... But IF things HAVE lifted - I will be ready for a week OFF... time to do a day trip to the beach... time to hang at the pool (?) it will be open by then... time to paint another room?? Time to have the door/window replaced? Time to have a chimney guy come and see how much it will cost to fix the UGLY part of the chimney out front?? SO many things to look forward to if I have a week of and no quarantine!
Good for you - prepping Gary for the FR to be painted and new furniture...
LOL Stuffed peppers is on our menu for this week... Tracy bought "just the right" peppers last week - gotta use 'em or lose 'em!

Mornin' Sue... LOL I won't see Ken much today either - he usually "avoids" the painting projects! But that's OK... I will guide him out to the yard before I head upstairs... show him what I think would be good to get done today!
Supposed to be up to 60 today - with bright sunshine - no winds... PLEASE LET'S HOPE THEY ARE RIGHT THIS TIME!
YUP, Turning a LOT of things "Around" here... still not ready to take the meds the Dr gave me... hoping it is a waste of $3.00! I just don't want to do it... not that there is anything "wrong" with taking meds - I just feel like I need to give myself this week to try to turn things around on my own. We'll see how it goes!
LOL OH dear NO! We had two windows on that wall in the DR when we moved in... when we put the decks on, we wanted a slider... sooooo... when we had the town grant $$ and got all new replacement windows for the whole house - we changed the 2 windows into a slider! Thought that's what we wanted! Now that we took down the decks - and we are truly happy with that decision - we need to get the slider out of there - building codes and all that jazz... if someone wanted to "report" us... it is against code to have a slider that has no landing outside - or steps or anything... so it really does have to come out!
Yeah, that's partly why we don't want a "bay"... we don't want it sticking out under where the snow slides off the roof, but also don't want it sticking out into our patio area! I don't know the dimensions of a "bow" so will have to wait and see what he says. I am "open" to the idea of a slider... window - not door... or multiple windows "in a row" for sunlight and fresh air... I just wish he could come today! LOL I am anxious to hear what he has to say!
Thanks... I was kind of taken aback by his response about a former co-worker of his - but... talking to a complete stranger is OK... I am a little nervous about the face-to-face... but I will do what I have to do... Well this guy had better tread lightly around my "pity party" right now... while I can't let it take over my days/nights any longer, I do believe I am "allowed" a bit of feeling sorry for myself - sometimes... just Not.All.Day.Everyday.!
Jo: YAY for Steve helping to disinfect the house! I think it was wise for him to do it after Steven left... after all HE is the one out there working...possibly being exposed... but I'd still let him come over ♥
Oh I hope you are able to have the big party... when is it scheduled for? Hoping we are back to some normalcy by then!
I am painting Tracy's old bedroom... we are getting her moved to the back TWO rooms - so we can get back to our plan of having a guest room! I think Ken and I will split the"guest" titles for a while! LOL Neither of us are sleeping very well during the night... so I wander into the guest room some nights. Other nights he just starts out in there to let me sleep better. It will also hold the bed for the girls... for some reason Zoë does not like the big bed... so when we get the room figured out - I will bring the toddler bed back down for her to try - or Mary might be done with our twin bed... the one Zoë was using until my sister needed to set up a room on the ground floor at their house... we'll see... time will tell...

I pulled out two totes of clothes yesterday - Zoë seems to be about ready for size 5! Growing so much!! Anyway, I had 2 totes up there - Eden leftovers... most were used when we got them - but they will be ok for another little girl ♥ So they are in the dryer now... will have to fold them later - and figure out what to send home and what to keep here! For some reason washing - drying - folding little girls clothes is so much NICER than doing our own laundry! LOL
Hmmm, sun has gone in for a bit - but now up to 48!
OK Time to get moving here... had more than enough coffee... need to move on to water! Being upstairs will make it easier to stay out of the kitchen too! LOL
♥hugs♥

Thanks for starting us off this morning Christine...I was still in bed when you started so no chance of duplicating today!! LOL!! I made it to 10:00pm last night and thankfully slept until 7:43 this morning....much better then 6:38 yesterday!!
Christine...YAY for the time and opportunity to plan your day better and get ready for the new week. Planning is the key....without it who knows what could happen! Hopefully the weather will break this week and you can get outside for a couple little short walks during your day.... LOL, we saw all of a sudden "we lost you" last night...figured Gary and the girls all got on and booted you off! Don't think you missed anything too exciting after you lost us....we finished up shortly after that anyway!!
Glad the gut settled down after you grilled cheese AND you took the time to just rest for the day....it was likely just the lack of sleep from being awake for several hours with tummy issues but it sounds like you needed that "low key" day....had to laugh at the "rested your eyes" comment!! Glad the snow melted and hopefully your temps will continue to rise as ours are....just saw when I got my coffee it's almost 50° here already!!
Your "City Chicken" sounds yummy...do you add any seasoning to the Panko? Seem odd that chicken was ever more expensive than pork but I will say even nowadays if you want boneless/skinless chicken breast you will pay A LOT more for that then you will the Boston Butt/pork shoulder around here. Pork tenderloins are pricey though.
Bummer Linds is heading back to her apartment but good idea to not let the food she got go to waste...not sure why she didn't think to bring it home with her??? Have to laugh at Carly and having to "share space" with another adult.... that was when I always reminded the girls they could move out anytime they chose if they didn't like living in "MY" house!! They usually stopped complaining for a while! LOL! Yes, that as funny Linds got the lacrosse action to stop.....hopefully it stays that way!
Carole...nothing wrong with sleeping in on the weekend, especially now when you can't go anywhere anyway!! Yes, the work week you need to be "up and at 'em" but the weekend, enjoy a few "extra zzzzzzzzzzzzzz's"!! LOL, Ken sounds like Jason....even with a list he can come home with the wrong thing or missing stuff, that's why I'd rather shop myself!! Glad you can get your painting project under way....don't forget to take before and after pix so we can see the "face lift"! What color are you painting it?? Something different of just a "spruce up" of the same color??
Jo...thanks for the reminder to wipe off my phone and iPad as well...I have done it in the past and I wipe down my desk area at work every day a couple times "just because" and I wipe the computer keyboard here but forget the phone and iPad....I'm the only one that touches them so I guess I don't think of it and a "germ spot"! Glad DH is going to by the "sanitation guy" for this isolation...will give him something to do, right!! Curious, why are you scanning pictures...are you scanning particular ones for an occasion or just all your pictures. I have so many photo albums that I want to get on digital so I can make some space....I may make a couple photo books on Snapfish after I finish scanning everything so I have a few "albums" to look through. I hate to throw the pictures away but there are so many and we just don't look through them any more. I might make a photo book of special trips we took just to have those memories to glance at now and then as we chat about trips we took and things we did in the past?? Who knows, that is a job for retirement at this point!
LOL....love guacamole....I have a little bit left from the batch I made when I came home from work on Friday and I think I'm going to run out of scoops.....will need to find another use for it....might put it on top of a salad for lunch tomorrow??? Yes, hard to know what will happen even with graduation parties like the one you and DS planned....depends on then things open up and restrictions get lifted. My hand would definitely be falling asleep trying to type on my phone....I usually use the computer or my keypad on the iPad.

Good morning!
Just walked down the driveway to get the NY Times (I only have it delivered on Sunday-- my guilty indulgence). I am not watching the Pioneer Woman--I really love watching here on Sundays. She has some super-heavy foods, but I love watching and get ideas for things that I can lighten up. Today is "Low Carb Party Bites"--we'll see how "low carb" they are! Looking forward to my WW workshop at 8:30. So, they have started a new challenge--you should have gotten an email about it. I am following the group on Connect and will hear more at the workshop today (if you are interested). 40's right now but 80 degrees by next Saturday--YAHOO!!!! I am so, so happy! A number of you asked why I have been running alone for 7 weeks. Well, the first two weeks were only because I wanted to start early and people were out of town at other races...then, the distancing order hit and it continued. I am going to add up the miles at some point (maybe I shouldn't, LOL). No word on what would potentially be re-opened in CA. The committee is established of leaders working on recommendations, but no word yet. Some people are TERRIFIED of re-opening anything and I want to ask, "What would need to be in place for things to open and you would feel good about it?" I have a feeling that they would say, "Testing every person for COVID 19" The problem is, we can NOT afford to wait months to do that....we need to find a SMART way to do it. I am surprised to hear "gyms" too....hmmm. There must be some reason for it?
Christine: Thanks for starting us off today! Oh, I know that you will be sad to see Linds go! DS20 is going NUTS without his stuff so I am thinking we will be arranging that drive to OR in May---and we will probably need to plan it in the next few weeks. Will she just go back, clean up, and then come back home in May? LOL, about Carly wanting her space again. I am glad that you are feeling better --those odd digestive things! Yum, your dinner sounds good! I keep telling DS20 that we will make air fryer onion rings--need to do it (finally) today. I will use panko crumbs too and found a pinterest recipe. We had chicken noodle soup--it was good, but I added too many noodles. I used brown rice noodles (we like them) and they puffed up more than planned. It was so good to see you last night...no, nothing too big (I think) went on when you dropped--except that we missed you! LOL, Carole is right, I think we blamed it on Gary! We wrapped it up anyway. I hope that you might get outside today---the natural light really helps, don't you think? It might help the "gut" too, you never know! Good job getting back on track yesterday....resilience is SO important!
