My goals are to keep tracking, weighing and measuring, exercising, meditating, attending my WW virtual meeting, and keeping up with my online support groups.. My me-time is my exercising, meditation, computer, and puzzle time.

GOALS:
1. write it all down 2. 45 minutes walking while reading daily
3. hydrate 4. Fruit and/or vegetable at every meal
ME TIME:
1. continue reading to review 2. read for me while walking 3. maybe work in something creative (art, bread baking, needlework)

Goals: Keep weighing and measuring, tracking, planning, gratitude journal, meditating, exercising.
Me time: I am watching a ton of old Warriors games. I never saw them back in the day so it's fun to see them as youngsters. Also lots of reading. I consider meditating and exercising me time also.

Goals: Track, be consistent about staying within my food budget, exercise daily, meditate and read.
Me time: exercise, reading, chatting with friends, practicing meditation, piano and foreign languages.
