Thinking Mistake #6: Self-Deluded Thinking
You rationalize by telling yourself things you don't really believe at other times.
"If no one sees me eating, it doesn't count."
"It won't matter if I give in to my cravings."
How are you doing with your self-deluded thinking?

My big self-deluded thought is that I can overeat and get away with it.

The upside is that I don't self delude...I *know* what will happen when I overindulge
The downside is that I still overindulge

In the morning I have all the best intentions. By evening, “”I have room in my budget” so all the plans go out the window.
I tell myself it won’t matter. “I can probably get away with it.” I don’t know what it will take for me to correct that one!

My problem is I can over indulge and not have any gain, but I can't do it non-stop.

lani, luvvinlife, I'm another one that can over indulge and time but if I do it too much I gain weight, but I don't think of that when I'm rationalizing overeating.
