Chele Thanks for the start.
Karen Will Osteo be opening soon?Gyms won't open until our 2nd phase.I had heard dogs can't get the virus but I thought I heard a blurb on the NBC news about a dog getting it.I hope I misunderstood.I just googled it and it's a pug in North Carolina that may have tested positive. That is the question I have.Who is going to enforce occupancy?A lot of people in Michigan think their governor went too far and I do too but I didn't know Barr was investigating it.I have read it can take up to 1 year to fully recover from a knee replacement.I'm certainly not recovered by any means. My knee/leg is feeling better but my foot hurts so much.Today he worked on my ankle and heel because both of them were tight and I have a muscle in my right leg that he doesn't know what it is.It kind of feels like an internal bruise but I haven't hit my leg on anything.I hope you feel better soon.Elective surgeries can start here Friday but the PT guy thinks it will be next Friday before they get anything going and after that maybe the outpatient PT's will be open hopefully. He talked to the head PT and she thinks I will only need a little outpatient therapy so we will see.
Thanks Chele. No I didn't.We went to Walmart this morning and my foot has really been hurting. When he came he said humidity was 103% so he didn't think I would go.It was more like he didn't want to walk in it I think. It's hard to get back in good workouts after you have been sick.
Kathy It got up to 92 here today.Tomorrow the high is supposed to be in the low 80's after possible storms early in the morning.
Liz It's good to hear from you.I have been concerned about you.I still have pain but am getting around some better. It will be 7 weeks tomorrow and I have been able to walk up to 1 mile some days.If this foot would get better I would say I was just sore.I can't walk fast by any means.
