Denise, we absolutely went to Tony Packo's. After we moved to Austin, we were able to find Tony Packo's pickles in our local grocery store. We ate those for years. I haven't seen them recently.
Did you know about the flyover before it happened, Linda? If not, that could have been quite a shock to hear all those planes overhead.
Kathy, you're right about appropriate social distancing negating the need for masks. However, some people just can't seem to do that. It would be so much easier if we knew whether covid was a "one and done" infection. I've heard there are more cases being discovered of people who were positive, recovered and then tested positive again. I have to wonder if the first test was accurate. If you can get reinfected, you're right that vaccine development is going to be a major challenge. I agree with you that pulse and stress on the Garmin were both a result of my illness. Just really strange that I didn't have to exercise this week to get exercise credit. And, other than feeling run down, I really didn't feel that horrible. I was emailing yesterday with my friend who is stuck in China and he mentioned an AirBnB they went to, so that must have triggered something. 50s for lows and 80 for a high sounds really good for you. BTW, one of the other former presidents jumped in a while ago and supported that everyone with customer contact needs to be wearing a mask. Hopefully that helped. I still don't know if I'll be working a.m. or p.m. I'll try to check in at some point. I'm hoping I can do the early shift.
