I did exercise videos that are posted every day in one of my Facebook groups. They run about 30 minutes are mostly seated exercise with a lot of yoga and stretching thrown in. I like them and I do get a workout from them.

It seems I walked six out of seven days this week and did 60 minutes each of those days. I hold the Nook and read while walking in the basement from one wall to the one opposite.
I am trying to figure out how to listen to an audible book as it is on soundcloud rather than audible and I don't have wifi everywhere...don't want to SIT to listen for 8 hours
No idea what produce hubby will bring in today. Yesterday it was green fava beans to base lunch on.

But do you have a nice Chianti?
No chianti BUT did have some Lebanese wine tonight...BUT have to ask what chianti and Fava beans have to do with one another. I did hear one friend tell me she rushed her son to the ER in the past because he was bleeding internally due to eating fresh fava beans from the pod...okay...aside and not related to chianti BUT...just curious about the correlation between the two. I have a feeling there will be a field of fava beans for me to eat in the next few weeks...unless we dry some!

BUT have to ask what chianti and Fava beans have to do with one another. They're both a staple in Italian cuisine

cathygeha, I'm not sure but for some reason I think it is something to do with the movie "The Silence of the Lambs."

I found it...definitely silence of the lambs and hanibal lecter:
While I’m sure a few of you smart-asses (I say that with love) already know this, I literally had no idea that Hannibal Lecter’s infamous quote, “I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti,” was a joke, as well as a very declarative statement.
Reddit user mrcchapman explains:
“I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti.” Great line from Silence of the Lambs everyone knows. But most people don’t realise Dr Hannibal Lecter is making a medical joke. Lecter could be treated with drugs called monoamine oxidase inhibitors – MAOIs. As a psychiatrist, Lecter knows this. The three things you can’t eat with MAOIs? Liver, beans, wine. Lecter is a) cracking a joke for his own amusement, and b) saying he’s not taking his meds.
Another user, bICEmeister, chimes in with another deep thought:
In the book he actually said Amarone and not Chianti. Amarone would be a much better fit for liver, and a such shows off his sophistication and further strengthens just how psycho he is – making sure to pair the liver with the proper wine. The movie execs just thought that people wouldn’t know what amarone was, so they switched it out to a wine that everyone would have heard of.

cathygeha , hah, I've read the book more times than I've seen the movie, but it's Chianti that stuck in my mind. Very interesting information. You can find any and every thing on the internet! I did think it was common knowledge, but I am a horror buff so my common knowledge is probably not all that common.

I read the book probably when it came out and saw the movie when it did...or afterward...no idea where I have a feeling I was living in Saudi Arabia and probably saw a censored pirated version of the movie. I think I have only read the book the one time, though. It did stick in my mind!

cathygeha, lani, I didn't read the book or see the movie. I couldn't handle it but somewhere I heard the quote and it stuck with me.

bbbearsmom, see I like horror 'cause it makes real life look so much better. Even what we've got now.

lani, What can get me a little upset now is thinking I'm in one of the "end of the world" pandemic movies, and then it sinks in this is really happening. Just working on staying safe until there is a good treatment and/or a vaccine that works.
