Sunday 5/3 found the .6 back to 126.3 Always up after Chinese. We had it frozen that I wanted to use up Quite tasty I must say!!!!!

I have been going up and down a pound for the past what seems like a week. Have decided to not focus on onederland specifically as I know it will happen if I am OP. I will instead focus on being lighter on my feet, more bendy in the middle, feeling good from eating healthy foods and what it will be like at goal weight... I know they say take it in increments for weight loss goals but why focus on five or ten pounds at a time when what I really want is a lot MORE. I can focus on the positive aspects and see myself at goal weight as I move that direction...
