202 this morning - just as yesterday
My body has weights it enjoys and it is not as easy to break through them as I would like. I am thinking that one day soon I will have to really buckle down, weight and measure and break through the 200 line and then head on down to the next weight of 180 to see what happens. I know that the weights are 200, 180, 160 then 140/145. Getting down to 135 in 1984 happened but it was nearly impossible to maintain.
So...knowing that I will...eventually take charge...eventually.
