Not recently...I think the more I eat "healthy" and "OP" the less those cravings and such occur...

I experienced this recently. I tried the 5 minute rule we discussed at the meeting and it worked.

Thanks bbbearsmom, When it comes to impulsive eating/drinking behavior, 20 minutes seems too long. But 5 minutes is manageable. I usually extend it by another 5 minutes or forget about the object of my cravings altogether.
