Weekly goals: keep up with tracking, weighing and measuring, exercising, meditating, attending my WW virtual meeting, keeping up with my online support groups. Me-time is my puzzle, computer, exercise, and meditation time.

Me time: reading and the other usual things

Goals: 7 🔵s, at least 3.5 hrs. of intentional exercise for the week,
Me time: meditation, Netflix, journaling, reading.

Boy, it seems like we just did goals and me-time like the day before yesterday. My sense of time is all wacky.
Weekly goal: Stay calm and carry on.
Me-time: Same old same old, reading, exercising, meditating, etc.
