C'mon Everybody and let's get our WATER in today! I'm disappointed in myself I slacked off yesterday with my water and today's WI didn't budge. Maybe tomorrow it will be different but ugh, I want to be losing but the Stress eating has to stop first!
Need to smile more! The next few days promise to be challenging and can't focus on the Negative...
I went into my work office yesterday. Was a little un-nerving and not at all relaxing. I wore my mask most of the time but did take it off if no one else was in my area of the building - I could hear DL upstairs, then in the Conference Room (across the lobby) but thankful she just breezed past a few times probably checking to see what I was doing. I needed to meet a parent at the school to pass her a student packet - she was a no show, even after talking to her 2x as she promised she was 'on her way' - I did finish an evaluation report while waiting there -
I noticed the Prince and most of the business office staff came in around 12:30 and left by 2:30. I feel like I'm working WAY too hard then most...

Something positive: The new desk arrived yesterday! Carly text me while I was work that she made DH help her lug it upstairs. Then she insisted and pleaded and begged me to build it and USE it today! She so desparately wants me out of our DR! I'm a little put off by that - lol - geesh, it's MY house! I should be allowed to work where I want! But my marathon virtual meetings and Parent phone calls apparently disrupt everyone else. So, I will move upstairs to Linds' room remainder of this week. Problem is the set up - need to rearrange it but for now I'll place it so a nice wall/picture on her bedroom wall is my Meeting background.
So - I built the Desk! All by myself! With no power tools as my drill needed re-charged plus I'm nervous using it on wood furniture (don't want to drill to hard/fast and crack the material)....I figured it out - only part to do later is the drawer. That might be tricky but it's the reason Lindsey picked out this model is she wants drawers. Gotta figure this out but not until later - I worked for 3 hours last night on this project. Love seeing the end result.
I made Carly run down to the basement and bring up one of her old Desk chairs - it's from Ikea - not perfect but better than a DR wood chair. Linds can buy a good office chair when she is ready - Carly offered to vacuum (10 PM last night) the area to help make it look neat and clean - if I have to sit there all day I need help getting it together!
The Prince requested an 8:00 Administration meeting today. Needs to figure out how to calm Teachers and stop them from being so rigid and demanding of our Parents - I think a lot of parents are really struggling - if any are laid off and NOT receiving Unemployment yet (Gary's is slowly coming in but he filed March 20) there has got to be a lot of financial stress on people!

Sue - can you share again WHERE you purchased the mask? It looks awesome and I suspect I'll be needing the same. Although we are moving into Yellow Phase starting Friday, we still have to Social Distance and wear masks. I'm not seeing any difference with Red Phase?? I know more businesses can open but I don't see how it's going to ease much else - anyways, thanks for sharing the Mask info!
DH purchased WalMart's cotton masks. They are Unisex but all BLACK and look awful. No thank you - not when there are so many cute ones out there -
Short on personals again - sorry, but need to get ready for the 8:00 meetings followed by a Teacher meeting every 30 minutes. Once I get through this morning I can get my work done! lol

WATER WEDNESDAY - YES! I did well yesterday, after faltering Monday... WHY Can't I just get back on track with at LEAST my water??? OK Not getting down on myself this early in the day! Yesterday was a good day - today can be too!
Good morning Christine - Thanks for starting us off this morning... apparently I am falling BACK into a pattern of staying in bed too long in the morning... and didn't even get here yesterday?
I am getting so tired of myself - I don't know how DH and DD put up with me these days!
Not a lot of time to catch up - still need to make up some of my Monday afternoon off... but let me try ♥
Sue: Bet your homemade Quac was a hit!
Oh My... how awful for your DM {{{hugs}}} and how awkward to have to sit outside (Jim & Annie) I mean, yes, I get it - but UGH... will have to read yesterday to see if there is any change...
A friend just delivered (yesterday) a bunch of masks for us all, including Eden & Zoë... I also ordered some on line - so we are all set for now! I have only had to wear mine to Wal-Mart 2 weeks ago... and didn't notice any issues with my ears or my glasses!
HA! OH Sue... my Monday Mindset went to Hell in a Hand-basket! With both KEn and Tracy around it is NOT a peaceful workday! YES! Our Chinese place had been closed too... but open now... we do NOT get it often, but MAN every now and then...
LOL Yes here too - thinking you shouldn't eat at Chinese due to the "Chinese virus"... then again I have a LOT of FB friends that won't order take out now either! Not knowing who may be sick and passing the germs! MY "argument" is, I trusted these places to be clean and mindful of illness before - why would now be ANY different?? Who knows!!!
Monday started out to be a nice day... but DH was outside taking care of a couple things, and the temps dropped a good 10 degrees in 2 hours! It got COLD! Might see SNOW this Saturday... Like that will help anything! UGH!
LOL Yup... love my covered back porch, like I said the sun shines that side of the house all day, but if it rains, I can still be outside - when it's a warm rain! LOL
I think Avon is near Hartford... if so maybe 2 hours? Maybe a little less?? If it works out - a day trip to CT might be JUST what we need!! I'll have to map it and see how far Avon is - out of the way - of a beach trip!
I am giving the Progessence Plus another try... it's not the terrible smell that I thought it was - I must be mixing it up with another one I have? Anyway... only awake twice last night "hot", awake other times - just not from being hot! I will continue to try it... now I need one that will just Let.Me.Sleep.!
Oh YAY - Dare we hope that Amanda IS coming around???
WOW That is a HUGE mask! No wonder you have trouble wearing it all day!! Enjoy!
Shelly: WOO HOO for SUN - sorry you got sunburned,,, but LOVE the SUN! YAY too that DH is already working on your porch! He moves fast!
Aw, sorry you were not included in the BD party last weekend {{{hugs}}}
Clearly no one has forgotten your BD - if you are getting a porch! Hang in there... No worries hun - enjoy working on that porch! Hey covered or not covered... a porch is a porch! LOL
OMGosh - that's a BIG porch/deck!! HOW FUN!!

Sue: Thanks for starting us yesterday... TAKE CHARGE TUESDAY - I did, with eating - tracking and water... not much moving...
Gabrielle: My "Taco Tuesday" Cinco de Mayo... was OK... I did my chicken fajita on salad, with some black beans and brown rice. I admit there was a margarita included Need to track that... and a few nachos!
I would agree... somedays I feel the loneliness of being home - other days I like the "freedom"... now that I have made the transition to NOT being at the work PC every minute of my 8 hour day! I do NOT want to go back to the office for the daily drama - and crap, but I need the office to print so I can find the errors I am carrying on my settlement sheets! Vicious circle here... Pretty sure no matter what - I won't be happy!
Oh about the therapist... "apparently" I was supposed to just log in to the same site as I had the week before! At the end of our last call - I specifically asked... "You will send me another link" and HE.SAID.YES.! Well I guess all this distance stuff is new to all of us - so oh well, I missed an appointment! I have not rescheduled... just don't think his idea of "help" is what I need right now!
Yes the estate has been settled, and yes, it will give us some relief - as well as some leeway around here. LOL Solar is OFF - THE - TABLE, for now... Yes it will pay for itself in about 8 years, earlier with tax credits, yadda - yadda - yadda... but we'd rather get some other things done around here - without putting that much into that!
Gosh it sounds like CA can certainly start to open up and IF there is a new wave it won't overwhelm the hospitals! I am not saying I want to see 30k people get sick - but if people use SOME common sense... even continuing with mask requirements and distancing... it would be better than staying hold up much longer!!
Jo: OUCH! What's different for you at home than the office?? Can you go to the office to bring home whatever it is that makes your hand feel better?? HA! You and me both - BRING ON SUMMER!!
Jenny: YAY for getting out there and getting the yard stuff done... a good sore I bet? We however are expecting a colder day Sunday... so not sure my MD gathering will work out after all. IF we have to eat inside I am not sure they will come But not worrying about it yet!
Jo: Yes... pool cover is coming off this Sunday!! LOL We are doing it earlier than usual this year. I think my being here every day and SEEING it covered - has made me want it opened earlier. That and if we have our Relay gathering - it might be nice to have it open... if it warms up by then! LOL NO not a lot of yard work - we don't do our own spring clean up anymore... the raking, etc., got to be too much with Ken and I only off together on Sunday, so we let a guy in town do the big stuff! UGH Well we do NOT have a choice for Internet... we are stuck with Verizon! Well, I will admit that the estate settlement is bittersweet... it means we have the money to get some things done... etc., but it also probably means not much contact with Ken's siblings any more! I also have to admit - DMIL has been gone 2 years now... and we do realize we need to remember how generous she was... and we know she would NOT want us to just BLOW through the money! We do know she would be happy knowing most of it will be to make our house better for us to enjoy, as well as bring up the resale value. She was ALWAYS looking to better her house!
Jenny: I agree, guns are not needed at a protest to open the state!
Sue: Thanks... for sending us the Raw - Cold ugly weather! Nope, Sunday is looking too cold to enjoy a cook out - eating outside But time will tell!Oh yeah... we too will have the mortgage - and car payments, now that we are getting the truck we will have TWO vehicle payments... LOL But... it's time. Oh and we will still have our HELOC to continue to get things done, and not "Drain" our reserves... and plan a 45th anniversary trip!
Shelly: I hope DH can find some helpers to get the porch done. We have to replace our small porch out front... I do NOT want to "do" it, but am sure we will be doing it ourselves... good news is it is not very big - and we never use it! If we make it "big enough" then I will want a sun-setter awning thing over it, maybe we would use it... but seriously on the front of the house - we never even use that door! Just need it to look better!
YAY for parents coming to visit... yeah it is tough when we have to do all the work to have company on our day, huh?? Do NOT ever apologize for feeling down... even if you feel it's a pity party... you have feelings - we all do - and any one of us would feel badly if folks "forgot" about our birthdays! With your parents coming to town - you will feel better {{{hugs}}} ♥

OK No time to catch up on this morning - need to shut down this laptop so maybe my work one will work? Tracy called Verizon AGAIN today, so we should receive a new modem in a day or two... this time they said it looks like the modem is not putting out what it should be... OK Well why didn't the guy last week see this?? UGH! I am contemplating BUYING my own modem, from Amazon and seeing if we could get better service!
Anyway... best be "getting to work" now... will CBL as I can ♥hugs♥

Good morning!
Took a break from the TM, but found some great other workouts online. I actually joined a WW session at 12:15 yesterday (the one that I would drive to during lunch when I missed my Sunday meeting) and I was the only person! So, I had my two favorite leaders and me! It was fun...I really enjoyed it. It was focused on activity, what it does to your mood and setting a goal. My goal is to find things other than running and stick with them. One of the leaders goes to the same gym as me and suggested one of the free programs our gym is offering while closed. So, I looked it up. Also, on your WW app, if you scroll down on the opening page, you will see a link to "Ready to Unwind? it is a short yoga routine that you can do right before bed (about 10 min I think?) I am going to try it. Anyway, I did find out that anyone with a monthly pass can "attend" our workshops. They have had people come from many other states....let me know if you are interested!
Christine: Thanks for starting us. I have been tracking every day and planning my meals is working for me, but I have not been as good with drinking water...need to add that to my routine. I am drinking a lot of coffee though....more than I would at work. I will have to work on that one. Wow, 3 hours of desk assembling? You are one committed lady! But, it will be worth it. I was laughing at Carly vacuuming at 10 pm...wow, she really is desperate to get you out of that dining room. It will be SO nice for you to have your own space though. Oh, I didn't realize you were going in to work....that WOULD feel "off". I think that it will be kind of challenging to "trust" going back. I think we will this summer. I have 3 strategic plan meetings with our leadership team over the next two weeks (like 18 hours of it!) and I have a feeling that part of it will be the transition back. If you are interested, I have a friend making masks as well (I can't attach a picture here but will text you a few). She makes matching lanyards and I had suggested little bags to put the mask in so she makes those now too. They are different than Sues, but I just ordered three thinking that wearing of masks will be an off-and-on new normal so may as well have them! At least you can have a "selection"! Hope that your new desk and chair works well for YOU today (I care about you before Gary and Carly --- sorry!). Hope that you have some breaks today...it sure feels more productive to have those built in. Good luck with the conversations....we have been sharing a "timeline of events" with teachers to demonstrate how a family has dealt with it all...when unemployment would have set in, etc. We also have done surveys to find out how many children are in each family. Do you have any teachers whose kids attend school there? I wonder if they might be able to describe what it is like to be working from home AND making your own kids do work....and then imagine what it is like if you are NOT a teacher! Hope it goes well.

Sue: So sorry about your mom's afib! I don't know if you recall, but in November of 2018 my mom's afib went haywire....she was in the hospital off and on for about 3 weeks and we had 4 trips to the ER before they finally settled on the right medication. She was also treated for digestive issues and some anxiety. That ll helped until about 4 months ago when we had another trip. Now she has a new level of meds and it seems to be working well. Afib is so tricky and my mom is active and healthy otherwise (79 years old). I hope that they get your mom's figured out. So sorry about the hearing aids too---the kind of thing that DB would ensure happened if he was able to be there with her. I hope that they hear him and make her wear them. Hope that you have a good day--boo to the cold weather but glad that it is (at least) light later.
Carole: Oh, I hope that today is a better day for you. It would be hard (it is here too) with people going in and out. What really drives me nuts is that DH is on his cell phone ALL of the time (talking to people about ranch stuff) and he walks around where I am standing and working talking on the phone! He has the whole house, the deck outside (in nice weather) and he has to stand and talk on the phone by ME? Anyway, it is what it is. I use headphones for all of my Zooms so he and DS20 don't have to hear, but they do hear me talking. You might have a point about the modem....we can't even get Verizon here, but the company we use requires that we purchase a modem. As a result, we got a pretty decent one and it makes a difference. Just a thought! So sorry that you have to be inside on Sunday, but still hoping that Tim and the gang will be there (sorry to have misspelled Jaclyn's name--that's how long it's been since I typed it!). Glad that you found out that the therapist didn't really "drop the ball"....but it does sound like miscommunication. I am wondering, when he started with you, was there ever a conversation about what you hoped to get out of it? Would you prefer a woman? I think that you should take this bull by the horns and get what you need! Hope that you have a good day, my friend!
Jenny: Hope that things improve there. Here in CA, they say that "Oregon is open" ...that isn't true? I feel like, since our Governor first announced a "partnership" with WA and OR, I haven't heard anything since. Yay for getting the smoker! I am sure that it all feels better since got some assurances about keeping your position--so glad that it all worked out!

Shelly: Hey, if we go to FL in Fall of 2021, that gives you about 16 months to plan....maybe it is possible for you? Just hoping that the timing might work.... What a great thing that your parents are coming! I know that you love having them there---and who says you have to entertain? Can you bring food in? Sorry that your birthday is not what you hoped it would be. I hope that you are pleasantly surprised.
Okay, gotta go and get ready for my 7:30 am Zoom---uggh. Anyway, have a good day! We are having Chicken and Asparagus tonight (a picatta I think). The WW Turkey Taco meet is on the WW site in case you want to try it...we loved it and it is how I will make it from now on. Might see you later....

Evening all...came home, had to make a quick dinner because my husband, once again left the freezer on the downstairs fridge ajar...he has a habit of slamming the fridge door and not making sure the freezer door is still shut so last night he brought up two packs of chicken that I had JUST bought that now I have to cook! So annoyed but now we have plenty of leftovers...I had gotten a Prego Lemon Parmesan jar sauce at BJ's the other day...it was on special and "high octane" so figured I'd try it...the jar said "just add chicken" so I chunked up the tenders and browned them, added the sauce to simmer...put some pasta on to boil and part way through cooking I added some fresh asparagus pieces from the garden...I winged it!! It's simmering now and will try it later! Not sure how it will be but we'll eat it!
Shelly...I'm sure DH appreciated you moving the long boards for him. Fingers crossed they can get it done by Saturday!! Sorry for the unwelcome feeling you get from DBIL and DSIL....kind of reminds me of some of Carole's inlaws!! How sweet your folks are coming for your birthday!! See, someone did remember!! Moms always do!! Bummer DDIL and the girls might not come on Saturday!! As soon as we have a plan for Fall 2021....you'll have to start planning to join us!!
Christine...thanks for getting us started today....I did GREAT on my water today!! 60 ounces of just water plus some seltzer and now more water.....We'll see what my WI is tomorrow....still trying hard to only WI on Thursday which has always been my WI day!! Some times I sneak in a fly-by on Monday but not always! Yes, the stress eating is definitely not helping your scale numbers!!
Sorry the office trip was unnerving...but on a positive note, DL didn't pester your while you were there! So annoying that the parent "no showed" have a 2 phone calls but at least you made good use of your time while there!! When do all the admins have to work back at the office?? I remember it was coming but forget the date. Yes, seems you ARE working harder than most everyone else! Sure hope the Prince can figure a way to "talk down" the teachers....I'm sure it is extremely stressful for many parents...first to be teaching their kids, then add being laid off or cut hours and still waiting for unemployment check...I'd be stressed for sure!
YAY Christine for the new desk arriving! Heck if Carly wanted you to have the desk so badly, she should have put it together for you!!! Yes, it is your house and it's time Carly learned that one!!! I've put together things with drawers...the draws themselves are easy, just need to make sure the runners are in the right place for them to slide on!! You'll figure it out! Well, at least Carly offered to vacuum!! That's something!

Yes Christine...I realized today that masks are still mandated even in GREEN!!! UGH!! This is going to drive me nuts!! No, I don't think for most people the switch to YELLOW will make any difference...only business owners that can start to open up!
OK.....so shortly after I got to work I got this DM update.....YIKES....kind of had me on edge all day! Then when I got home from work I got the "correction email".....!
This update is from yesterday evening:
Mom still had nausea, but the nurse was unsure about stomach pain, and said that Mom said she didn’t have any pain. The nurse said Mom was in good spirits, but had still not had a BM, and her sodium was still low – about the same, 128 – and she’s still on fluids.
She does have a UTI and is on IV antibiotics.
Physical and Occupational Therapists gave her an evaluation yesterday (Tuesday).
She continues to have normal heart rhythm.
I asked for the doctor to call me yesterday, and despite being hyper-alert to the phone all day (every day for three days), I received no call. When I stated (at around 6 pm) that I needed a call because otherwise I would be there to catch the doctor on her rounds, the nurse said that one visitor is allowed per day, and if you leave, you can’t come back until tomorrow. “What?!?” I asked in total surprise. “Yes, the policy changed today,” the nurse replied. Well, that was news we could have used.
AND NOW FOR THE REAL KICKER: Rheumatology called and said that the CT scan from 2 weeks ago DID have a finding of interstitial lung disease indicating a malignancy or infection(!!!!!!!). How is it the primary care doctor AND the physician’s assistant missed it when reporting the results to me by phone on TWO separate phone calls? I’m flabbergasted, and needless to say am working on finding a new PCP as soon as possible.
When I go up to the hospital today to try and catch the doctor, I shall be first and foremost looking to get the CT Scan results from yesterday and will let you all know as soon as I am able.
Thankfully, when I was at the ER, another man’s wife came in by EMS within 30 seconds of Mom arriving early that Sunday morning (the COVID-19 screening lady wasn’t even present, it was that early). We naturally got to talking extensively (6 feet apart, of course), and he started talking about the amazingly excellent clinic his wife was in – and when I asked about it, and said I’ll have to check insurance because Mom has Humana Gold Plus, he said his wife had the same insurance! Ta-da! And this was all before I got the call from Rheumatology and realized her current PCP had majorly DROPPED the proverbial ball. God’s providential timing to the rescue! A possible plan was in place before we knew how much we needed it.
Then when I got home from work I got the "correction email".....!
Yesterday’s CT Scan showed NO CANCER or INFECTION of the lungs! Period. Also, there was no fluid on the lungs, either. Just emphysema (interstitial lung disease).
You have no idea how hard this has been trying to deal with doctors, aides, nurses on the phone, going round and round. They changed the policy to let one family member in to visit (and only one, and once that one person comes, that’s the only family member who can visit during the patient’s entire hospital stay). HOWEVER, they were not prepared, and from the time I pulled the car into the parking lot, it took 45 minutes to get in the hospital and up to her room. And, guess what, I had JUST MISSED THE DOCTOR.
So, after repeated requests to please send the doctor back, I finally got a response that yes, the doctor would come. And here’s the results of all that:
- As stated above, no cancer or infection of the lungs.
- She has pulmonary hypertension, which you all probably know is high blood pressure in the arteries of the lungs, as well as systemic high blood pressure.
- CT Scan of her head came back negative.
- They gave her a low sodium diet for cardiac reasons. Turns out it doesn’t matter how much sodium you eat; that is not how your body raises sodium. It’s her kidneys that do not process sodium correctly. And Mom told me that she had seen a kidney specialist in the past who said she has low sodium because of her kidney function.
- They are giving her Samsca to bring up her sodium level since the fluids have basically left it unchanged.
- The IV antibiotics are not bringing the WBC down fast enough. It’s down to 20,000, but it should be lower. After her discharge, she recommends seeing a hematologist to explore a bone marrow problem. She said it could give us a better idea of life expectancy.
- They took her off caffeine (yeah, can you imagine that??) due to A-fib, but the doctor said today, she’s 80, I’m going to put her back on a regular diet with caffeine and sodium.
- The doctor reduced her oxycodone to 10 mg, as she believes this is the direct cause of the abdominal pain, and said the dose should be further reduced. Mom grimaced, but she’s been on the lower dose a few days already and she literally has no pain, except for the stomach.
I tried to get her to use the phone so any of you could speak to her, and even called it from the cell phone. She said she couldn’t hear. It was hard to do a real test because I had to stay within her room – going out the door of the patient’s room gets a swift reprimand from the staff.
The hardest thing was how content she was just to lay there, all day, no TV (environment too noisy), no activity, no nothing. She displayed significant cognitive impairment, except when it came to things such as reduced oxycodone and add back salt and coffee. She may get discharged to rehab depending on what the physical therapist says.
Now we just need to wait for the PT recommendation to see if she will be discharged to rehab. She needs to get OUT of the hospital and the lack of stimulation and activity or she will wallow and back slide quickly!!!

Carole...YAY for being back on track after a rough Monday!! NOPE...shake off the bad day and put your best foot forward today!!! I think the one thing I like about NOT working from home is that I don't stay in bed too long....I know that would be me, especially on a day like today that was dreary and dark. I honestly didn't notice any issues with my ears the first day or so but by mid week and wearing it several hours a day they really started to hurt. My old ones, not only were making by glasses steam up but also when I look down I couldn't see through the bottom of my trifocals!!
I'm with you on the restaurants/take out...if you went there before the virus and never questioned the cleanliness and sanitary practices why would you question it now when they have to abide by more stringent regulations!
Yes...I saw you might get snow this weekend....Jason is really glad he didn't plant anything more than the crops that can handle the cold...we could get down to 30° on Saturday morning.....
Yes, Avon is near Hartford, just a bit southwest of it I think. I know whe get off 84 to head to Avon before we get into Hartford!!
LOL Carole..I don't think Progessence Plus smells bad at all but are you thinking of Rutavala to help with sleep?? That one stinks like peas!! I only use that on my feet and spine...FAR away from my face!! After a while it doesn't smell quite as bad but that one is the "stinky oil"!! I use the Rutavala every night and I sleep great now....while I still get up to pee a couple times a night, I don't lay awake after my trip to the BR...I crawl back in bed and "out like a light" again!! I actually have the roller on the vanity beside the commode and depending on what time it is, I give my feet an extra roll!
Carole...Not sure what is up with Amanda but for today we are enjoying the "human" side of her. Actually the mask is not any bigger than the paper disposable ones...it covers my nose and mouth and barely goes past my chin....some are MUCH bigger!! I think it looks bigger because it is colorful!! If you fan out the accordion pleats of the paper ones, it's actually longer than mine!! Deceiving I guess?
Proud of you for "taking charge" of your day yesterday Carole!! Even if not in all aspects of the journey...getting some on track is a good start! Yes, I'm sure you are enjoy the "drama free" work day while at home!! While I am looking forward to retiring...I still like to "go" to work!! Not that I have many actaully "friends" at work that I would miss seeing but I just like variety that being at work gives me and I know myself that I would find it hard to focus on work when home all the time..... Bummer the solar panels have been "tabled" for now but I agree....it's a lot of $$$ that might be put to better use on several other smaller projects!!
Common Sense...Carole, THAT is what has been missing this entire time!!! Unfortunately, I have a feeling that we will see some places shut back down again because people are not staying within the mandates of the "freedom"! We'll see, I hope I'm wrong but look what happened with the CA beaches a couple weeks ago....
Sorry for the weather....I'm still living with it so be prepared, it is NOT a one day thing.....we don't see any real warming until next Tuesday!!
Gabrielle...how fun to have the two leaders all to yourself!! Love that you are looking for other activities besides running!! Let us know how you liked the "unwind" yoga!! Yes, I remember when your DM had the bout with a-fib....what med is she on??? I will say that the one positive out of this hospital visit...her oxycodone has been decreased and she's still in no pain....funny, I think David and I have been saying for a long time that she was on too much!
Time to do my nails....took the polish off last night and have picked out my next mani....
Waves Jo, Jenny, Lisa, Nadine and anyone else I missed!! Sweet dreams, see you all in the morning!
