Walking while reading still seems the best way for me to get the exercise in...specially if I only read the book while walking and I want to read the book

This week I too enjoyed doing a few of Stacey’s chair workouts which led me to a Silver Sneakers 60 minute Yoga, Walk At Home videos, Upperbody weights.

Exercise this week: Body weight strength & flexibility exercises - 7X Cardio - Mini-trampoline - 2X Lift weights - 2X Ab work - 1X Classical Stretch - 1X An oatmeal conundrum: I usually get the store brand oatmeal. They were out a couple of weeks into the lockdown so I got Bob's Red Mill. The calorie count is 150 per half cup dry for the store brand (and Quakers) and 190 per 1/2 cup for the Bob's. Somebody is wrong. Also, the Bob's doesn't seem to stick to the pot as much. Bit of a head scratcher.

Same thing, walking at least 5x week, though I've started doing shorter routes as my hips were starting to hurt with all the pavement walking.

surfgirl, Don't you live near a beach? Can you do beach walking or are the beaches closed where you are?

surfgirl , Don't you live near a beach? Can you do beach walking or are the beaches closed where you are? Ugh, don't get me started on that Judy! The COVidiots come to the beach in swarms and don't practice social distancing so no, I don't feel safe going there right now, sadly.
